Leicester_Numan Posted 8 April 2012 Posted 8 April 2012 We did exactly what we had to do, good result which helps with the goal difference and clawed 2 points back on 6th, just a shame that Boro & Cardiff didn't draw. Our results aren't normally very good at Ipswich, but if we win there, we can believe it's not just another false dawn and we can still gatecrash the play-offs. I hate doing this on my phone, it's so ssslllooooooooooow

Callabinho Posted 8 April 2012 Posted 8 April 2012 Despite the 4-0 score line I thought we were average. We started well and finished well, the middle was awful! It was terribly tedious to watch at times and we need a good few changes in the summer thats for sure. Can't fault Dyer for effort but his end product just doesn't exist and for a winger it's imperative to be able to put good balls into the area fairly consistently. Due to uni it's the first time i've had a chance to see Drinkwater play, and I really wasn't impressed! the guys I sat with don't rate him either I was under the impression he was comfortable on the ball and a good passer, he appeared to be the opposite yesterday as I said I haven't seen him yet so it could have been an off day for him, but the guys around me said he is the same week in week out. There is still no creativity what so ever and a real lack of movement upfront. Having said that the last 20 or so minuets were fairly encouraging, we still need one or two players to help us become a genuine title challenger and I am sure big Nige will deliver.
