Can never tell from youtube clips how decent some one really is but some of those finishes were quality. Just a shame it doesn't show his shots to goals ratio. Is he any good? I doubt anyone will have heard of him before or seen enough of him to tell...

I hope for his sake he runs around like a headless chicken because we don't like strikers that just score goals at leicester :)

There will likely be two lists of targets. One based on us being in the champ ( most likely) and one being formulated based on the slight possibility we go up ( ha!)

I hope he is a target for a season in the champ.

he does look like a mobile target man, and something we need. But I often worry about foreign players settling in the championship, because in a lot of other leagues they get a lot of time on the ball.

I just wish we had signed ALF (Adam Le Fondre)

23 goals in 30 app that is a pretty good record in the Belgium Pro League this league is 12th in the UEFA rankings a bit of perspective compared with Scoltand who are 18th, his team Mons are 10th in the league, the highest scorer for Anderlecht who are 1st in the league has 12 goals. So I would say this lad has some talent, but you know with every transfer from abroad it is a gamble.

I knew someone would say that on here. 9 goals before last night? Just what we needed

Exactly.

Gallagher has about the same.

Although tbf ALF does seem like a cracking impact sub.

Looks fairly good on the video's plus he cheap and could turn out to be a bargain, If not we would not lose too much like the Matt Mills saga. I see that Le Fondre is banging them in now. That would of been a good cheap signing!

1m ish

He cost them £750,000 I remember when we where linked with him and everyone was saying he wouldn't be able to cope with the championship I said he would and got shot down for it, Some seem to have changed their tone now tho!

I too said at the time he would be a good signing! There was never to much pressure on this guy. If he had turned out to be shit, then No major loss at the that price.

Exactly but that still wasn't good enough for some!!

Hes probably just gone to the right club for him.

There has to be a reason no-one picked him up 2-3 seasons before Reading did because you could see he had a killers instinct.

Just don't look at others clubs players and say 'we shoulda got 'im !'

Be thankful for some of the great players we already have, like Marshall & Nuge

Everton target Jeremy Perbet is wanted by Championship side Leicester City as well asParma of Serie A, according to reports from Belgium.

The Mons striker is top scorer so far this season in the Belgian top flight and was linked with interest from the Toffees before Christmas. It is believed that there is a £1million buyout clause in his contract with Mons but the Toffees failed to make a move during the January transfer window and there are fears that David Moyes’ interest has waned.

“We received a fax from an Italian agent who has a mandate to negotiate for Parma,” said Mons director-general Alain Lommers. “But Leicester City have sent scouts and we expect contact soon from the English side.”

French-born Perbet moved to Mons in January of last year and scored 21 goals in 21 games as the side won promotion from Belgium’s second division. However, he has continued his scoring form with 25 goals in 32 league games this season and has attracted interest from a number of clubs.

The 27-year-old is under contract with Mons until 2014.

Hopefully he will come here, and not Parma.

Does he have some form of mental disorder?

Italy is quite a nice country to play footie lol , if we are genuinely interested I would hope we could get him his goal scoring record is quite decent imo. 25 goals in the Belgium Top flight to date is very impressive if he can score goals at that level their is no reason why he can't score goals in the championship.

lol You never know, Parma may not be able to guarantee him as much first team football as we can. Having said that, I know where I'd rather go.
