Sharmania Posted 18 April 2012 Posted 18 April 2012 Hello FoxesTalkers, I was looking through the extra features on FIFA 12 today and stumbled across the Creation Centre. This lets you create just about any team you want and any players you want. I got into my head that I might make a Leicester City side featuring the best players to have each squad number. This could be an interesting talking point on here so I thought I'd start a thread. Who are the best players to hold the different squad numbers at Leicester City over our history? I'll start off: 1. Peter Shilton. If you could give me the rating you think they'd get out of 100 that would be ideal to. Cheers. LTID.
mbmb10 Posted 19 April 2012 Posted 19 April 2012 Frank worthington - forward 83 Since everyones player rating is quite high I'll move him up to a 86/87

Ashley Posted 19 April 2012 Posted 19 April 2012 I could help if you like as I have creation centre plus also have InDesign so can make graphics to upload to kits?
Sharmania Posted 19 April 2012 Author Posted 19 April 2012 Great turn out here guys. My next question is what kit or kits do you think the team should wear? We can have a home, away and third kit, or just have three different versions of the home kit? Let me know! I could help if you like as I have creation centre plus also have InDesign so can make graphics to upload to kits? That would be ideal! I'll let you know on the kits when they're decided!
stockyfox Posted 19 April 2012 Posted 19 April 2012 Could someone please clarify the question? Are we being asked to name the greatest players in the history of the Club, which was founded in 1884 or the greatest players since about 1984? To my mind, you can't ignore players like Johnny Duncan or Sep Smith or Arthur Chandler or Ernie Hine just because you didn't see them play. Then there's Arthur Rowley, Mal Griffiths, the legendary Left Wing pairing of the truly wonderful Right Honourable Sir David Gibson and his side-kick, Sir Michael Stringfellow. Others that deserve consideration are Colin Appleton, Derek Hogg (City's answer to Stanley Matthews), Tony Knapp, Ian King, Derek Dougan, Keith Weller, Jon Sammels, Johnny Newman, Frank McLintock, Matt Elliott, Graham Cross, David Nish, Gary Lineker............. I supect this posting may well be followed by others telling me who I've left out. If so, that only goes to prove the point.
