StrovolosTiger Posted 3 May 2012 Posted 3 May 2012 That's an interesting comment Mr. Tiger. In my humble opinion, had Mr. Personality not chosen to rejoin Leicester City Football Club, you'd have had a game to watch tonight or tomorrow. I think you are very correct. But then changing manager half way through a season (and I might add a CONSIDERABLE number of support staff as well) was always going to seriously disrupt our season. Fact of the matter is Nick Barmby did a fantastic job until that disasterous March when the injuries hit our thin squad.
Toffee_Fox Posted 3 May 2012 Posted 3 May 2012 Glad karma hit that rat Barmby, was made up about the news.
StrovolosTiger Posted 3 May 2012 Posted 3 May 2012 Glad karma hit that rat Barmby, was made up about the news. Bitter and twisted. Too good for Everton.
HEGGSY Posted 3 May 2012 Posted 3 May 2012 Bitter and twisted. Too good for Everton. But good enough for the mighty Hull?
StrovolosTiger Posted 3 May 2012 Posted 3 May 2012 But good enough for the mighty Hull? Yes, in the same way that Heskey and Lineker were too good for Leicester.
Out Foxed Posted 3 May 2012 Posted 3 May 2012 Yes, in the same way that Heskey and Lineker were too good for Leicester. your club is a joke and your city is routinely voted the worst in England. run along now.
StrovolosTiger Posted 3 May 2012 Posted 3 May 2012 your club is a joke and your city is routinely voted the worst in England. run along now. That should read "Your Club is a Joke but still finished above mine!"
robbieLOVESthealmightylcfc Posted 3 May 2012 Posted 3 May 2012 . That should read "Your Club is a Joke but still finished above mine!" come on mate, you lot call this guy a legend...
thybluefox Posted 3 May 2012 Posted 3 May 2012 Yes, in the same way that Heskey and Lineker were too good for Leicester. What are you doing here? Is the Hull chairman trying to sell your supporters forum too?
Toffee_Fox Posted 3 May 2012 Posted 3 May 2012 Bitter and twisted. Too good for Everton. If only he knew he was swapping Everton for a poxy club like Hull. Must be nice knowing a key player bottled playing against Everton for Hull so refused to play because he was a little scared. Stick to the rugby, something you're good at.
Toffee_Fox Posted 4 May 2012 Posted 4 May 2012 Yes, in the same way that Heskey and Lineker were too good for Leicester. Shame when listing good players and 'hull greats' you can only go as far as Jimmy Bullard and Stephen Hunt. Chuck in a few Everton rejects (Barmby, Kilbane, A.Gerrard) down the years for good measure.

He took the job in November and so your owners and him had plenty of time to work on your 'thin' squad. A whole transfer window.

Wasn't it in March when we ended your season after losing your cup final at our place?

Stick to Dipping in Bins, something you're good at, Laa!
AKCJ Posted 4 May 2012 Posted 4 May 2012 Stick to Dipping in Bins, something you're good at, Laa! So you're as childish on here as you are on not606?
FrankieADZ Posted 4 May 2012 Posted 4 May 2012 Stick to Dipping in Bins, something you're good at, Laa! dont we all love stereotypes....Yawn.
Simo86 Posted 4 May 2012 Posted 4 May 2012 Yes, in the same way that Heskey and Lineker were too good for Leicester. Yeah 2 players who came through our youth academy, good one If only he knew he was swapping Everton for a poxy club like Hull. Must be nice knowing a key player bottled playing against Everton for Hull so refused to play because he was a little scared. Stick to the rugby, something you're good at. Rugby League at that! There's only one decent proper rugby side and that's Leicester Tigers
MrSpaM Posted 4 May 2012 Posted 4 May 2012 I hope NP has not based his summer plans on Hull players. They donot like NP and therefore wont sell, and they have the money to refuse us.I fear that to get Chester et al will cost more than they are worth.May be the early bid was to test the water before moving on to more realistic targets I hope!!! One look at the Hull City forums tells you otherwise. Looks like their owners have been telling some porkeys about how much money that have to spend, they are offloading most of their best players this summer, wether it's to us or anybody else. I'd put money on them going down next season.
HEGGSY Posted 4 May 2012 Posted 4 May 2012 Because Leicester is the Las Vegas of England, right? No it's just mildly better. Plus, we have a Gala casino, much better the Caesars Palace.
cc_star Posted 4 May 2012 Posted 4 May 2012 Who's feeding the troll & why? We aren't going to get Chester if Blackpool, Blackburn or Bolton want him...
Bryn Posted 4 May 2012 Posted 4 May 2012 No it's just mildly better. Plus, we have a Gala casino, much better the Caesars Palace. As someone who spends a good bit of time in both places, trust me when I say there is absolutely nothing between them. Hull and Leicester that is.
