Wasn't there a similar thing at derby? I'm sure i saw it on the news a few years back when they hired in a witch doctor to end the curse.

Hire?

Cov can't afford that!!

They've missed the last 2 months of rent payments on their stadium! lol

I remember something similar happening at the Millennium Stadium because whichever team used the south dressing room I think would always lose

My dad worked there! And yes they did bury a few Leicester shirts under the pitch, he's also told me the story about a fox taking a sh*t on the penalty spot infront of the KOP iswell!

Every single modern ground has one of these myths I swear. lol

That one for us has been going round years in fairness.

Who shirt is buried under our stadium then ? last season must have been a curse it could not be that we were crap surely.

I think I saw a Bristol City and a Reading fan filling the foundations when it was being built

I had heard a Forest fan put one of those dirty red shirts while the "Walkers Bowl" was being constructed, but I can't seem to dig that story up. Maybe I'm just remembering things.

Jinxes don't exist, but it's still all harmless banter and good for a laugh.

When the new Yankee Stadium was being constructed in 2008, a Boston Red Sox fan tried to "curse" the Yankees by putting a Sox jersey in the concrete. When the Yankees found out about this, they had the construction team go through the cement with a jackhammer and dig out the jersey. Moral of the story: be like the Leicester fan and don't announce what you've done until after the stadium construction is completed.

Quite right, jinxes don't exist but if the Forest shirt story is true then the Club need to consider all options including demolition

Demolition, exorcism, then build a time machine to get Filbert Street back.

I heard that when they demolished the old filbo they found a Bradford Park avenue shirt in the foundations , with a message written on the back saying " your going to win fvck all "

I heard someone placed a leicester shirt under the KP, when it was first constructed, with wellens on the back.

When planted a legend foretold that as long as the shirt remained Leicester would have their very own scapegoat. Several years later the myth became reality, we aint been able to get rid of him since.

I blame Wellens.

Dunno what all the fuss is about personally. I'm quite happy to see the shirts of our rivals encased in concrete and buried. Nobody has to look at them that way
