FoxyPV Posted 15 June 2012 Posted 15 June 2012 where's leicestertool on this fine evening? Well done Andy. Outside half naked with a St George cross painted on his torso, waving a 9' England flag.
sphericalfox Posted 15 June 2012 Posted 15 June 2012 Outside half naked with a St George cross painted on his torso, waving a 9' England flag. You're assuming he'll get the right flag?
Father Ted Posted 15 June 2012 Posted 15 June 2012 John Terry is a beast. Anybody who called for Ferdinand looks a bit silly.
Finnegan Posted 15 June 2012 Posted 15 June 2012 John Terry is a beast. Anybody who called for Ferdinand looks a bit silly. Not really, Ferdinand is also a very good defender. Terry has passion* but he's not mobile, he'll look great today because Sweden lack pace but a better side will really expose him. Past his best. Plus, there's absolutely gigantic potential for embarrassment if Terry goes on to be found guilty and Ferdinand was kept out of the squad because of him. Not really calling it either way, they're both decent, but it's far from "silly" to have been calling for Rio. (* rofl Mark, PA SHUN censored automatically to passion? I like.)
Jaspa Posted 15 June 2012 Posted 15 June 2012 Will be interesting to see what Roy sends the team out to do now Carry on attacking and possibly raise the goals, or defend and bank the points Zlatan doesn't look in top form, and England aren't 100% focused, incredibly tight typically English game Hoping for some more
whoareyaaa Posted 15 June 2012 Posted 15 June 2012 Need to keep attacking no point in sitting back and bringing on the pressure.
Leicesterpool Posted 15 June 2012 Posted 15 June 2012 where's leicestertool on this fine evening? Well done Andy. Here I am, to busy watching the footy, so far so good, Ash Young is being a bit greedy!
The Doctor Posted 15 June 2012 Posted 15 June 2012 Here I am, to busy watching the footy, so far so good, Ash Young is being a bit greedy! So you didn't watch the Ireland game last night? Explains a lot. As much as he's a ****, I find the Chris Moyles/Dave commentary slightly entertaining.

Politics should not affect who is selected but who is the better performer - thats why I really hate everybody saying Ferdinand was dropped because of this racism saga. No its because there are 4/5/6 CBs who have been playing more regularly and on form.
The Doctor Posted 15 June 2012 Posted 15 June 2012 Got to say, Johnson's a brilliant defender for youse.

No its because there are 4/5/6 CBs who have been playing more regularly and on form. You can justify picking Terry instead of Rio and calling it a footballing decision. You cannot justify calling up some bit-part player from Liverpool instead of Rio and calling ti a footballing decision.
lcfcsnow Posted 15 June 2012 Posted 15 June 2012 Milner is such a negative player, pointless having him out wide.
sphericalfox Posted 15 June 2012 Posted 15 June 2012 Unnecessary challenge by Carroll caused that. Defoe to get the weiner in the last fiddeen. You heard it here first.
MooseBreath Posted 15 June 2012 Posted 15 June 2012 Well at least we don't have to suffer through an entire half of hanging on to a 1-0 lead
lcfcsnow Posted 15 June 2012 Posted 15 June 2012 Which team was it that can't defend set pieces again? Comedy.
