Fox92 Posted 20 July 2013 Posted 20 July 2013 Overachieved last season, this season I'm struggling. Standard as always. Currently 16th in the PL. Going through a poor run of form, including losing 6-2 to Chelsea and 5-2 at Manchester City. Wow, completely turned it around. Up to 8th now, including victories against Arsenal, Liverpool and a 2-1 win at Old Trafford in the roses derby! Scored in the last minute as well! Just hope I can continue this form. Had a team meeting before I come off it to congratulate current form, but fingers crossed I can make Europe.

To be honest I tend to ignore it though, it's rare that they complain at mine and I've left it on 'high'.

Bad luck galore, goalkeeper drops the ball, defender passes straight to them for a one on one, I always hit the woodwork and I've scored once and it was offside grrrr must be fixed

Got a decent side and with their youth set up, I get 2/3 players a season who are above 4 stars. Even the 3.5 stars improve when being tutored.

Knocked out of the 'Champions' League semis in dramatic fashion, nicked a last second goal in the second leg at Barca (who I've drawn 4 times in 3 seasons) to take it to extra time but lost on penalties. Came 2nd in the Bundesliga on the last day. A typical season for me then.

Dan Posted 24 July 2013 Posted 24 July 2013 I won the league second season by 11 points, pissed it that year, but ever since it's just been miss out after miss out. I turned it down because I reckoned within two seasons I'd have won absolutely everything with ease.

It's happening to me right now. Just lost 0-2 to Chelsea, 0-2 at Everton and 0-6 at Tottenham. Worst is I've got Manchester City next. Just want this season to end.

It gets a lot easier after the first season. haha ta mate, started a silly amount of saves but settled with Leicester, 2nd after 11 games atm. I've noticed that there are no easy games either, like on previous versions there were always a few games you could put down as certain wins, whereas in this you could beat United away one week and lose at home to Wigan the next.

Pretty much the same as any version really... at first seems unplayable in comparison to the previous version... but set your mind to it.. give yourself a couple of solid sessions and you'll soon find it much more fun as the previous years...
