Former Foxes star Muzzy Izzet is asking fans to help him find a title for his new book.

The ex-Leicester City midfielder is planning to tell the story of his footballing career with the club as well as his international achievements and his early days.

However, before he finishes the book – which will be co-written by Leicester Mercury features writer Lee Marlow – he needs a title.

So Muzzy, 37, is asking City supporters to Tweet ideas to him, with the winning suggestion being immortalised in print.

The person who provides Muzzy with a name will also receive a signed copy of the book.

The former Turkish international said: "I've had a couple of good suggestions so far, people are coming up with some good ideas.

"I've had things like Turkish Delight and Izzet Muzzy?"

His Twitter followers have offered dozens of possible names for the biography, including the topical Fifty Shades of Muzzay.

Paresh Soni suggested Atta Turk on the website, while Paul Golby said "the foxy turk!!! lol".

Gemma Gallagher wrote: "Jst Muzzy..... (plain simple too the point) then a cheeky photo #sold".

Paul Barwell wrote: "title for book #boompowchicken".

Samual Tewley Tweeted: "Izzet a good read ??? You Muz be joking!!! #myboyhoodhero".

Muzzy said there was no deadline for suggestions, although he hoped to have the book ready by next summer.

The Turkish international, who played eight times for his country – including a trip out to Japan for the 2002 World Cup – has turned to Mercury man Lee for help.

Muzzy said: "When we sat down and spoke about what was going to be in there we had tons of ideas.

"The Leicester years are obviously going to play a big part of it because of the success I had there.

"Then there's things like my Chelsea days and my time playing for Turkey.

"I've got a lot of things in my head, which hopefully people will be interested in and want to read about."

Muzzy started his footballing career in 1993 when he signed as a schoolboy for Chelsea.

He joined Leicester in 1996 where he played 260 games, scoring 37 goals.

Foxes ambassador Alan Birchenall said: "He should call it something like Overhead in reference to the goal he scored against Grimsby in the League Cup – it's got to be in the top 10 best City goals.

"It was a bit like the Rooney one but with a bit more class.

"Muzzy is a big favourite with City fans and I'm sure it'll be a great read for them – I look forward to it myself, as long as he keeps me out of it."

Harry Potter And The Chronicles Of The Twilight Hunger Games.

Put that picture of Carly Rae Jepson with a cock in her mouth on the cover and that'll hit all of the tween markets. Guaranteed best seller.
