Walshy5 Posted 18 October 2012 Posted 18 October 2012 No details on the OS yet. Has anyone heard anything?
Dan Posted 18 October 2012 Posted 18 October 2012 Training this from Nuneaton, £17 return (no railcard either). Watford's generally a cheap away day and fairly easy access down the motorway, it leads to us having good numbers every time, the problem is it's our bogey ground without a doubt. I've been 4 times, 1 draw (which we nicked in the last minute) and 3 losses, and Watford have been a poor side on pretty much every occasion

Watford always appeals to me though despite some horror shows there. Hopefully a continued unbeaten spell will see a shed load heading down the M1
Heart-Shaped Fox Posted 18 October 2012 Posted 18 October 2012 Good game to ge to, always get decent seats and the games are usually good (but bad scores/result!) Probably lose 3-2. Well concede three anyway

sam3212 Posted 18 October 2012 Posted 18 October 2012 Yea me and 4 mates will be heading down for this so look out for the big union jack
Alexikokopops Posted 19 October 2012 Posted 19 October 2012 As a local one (£3.40 return, winner) I should probably go. I'm off to Bolton on the Tuesday night though so we'll see how much money I inevitably don't have
jonthefox Posted 19 October 2012 Posted 19 October 2012 Want to go.How many tickets do you reckon we'll get?.
Stevosevic Posted 19 October 2012 Posted 19 October 2012 We had everyone standing for this in February didnt we?
Jiggers the Fox Posted 19 October 2012 Posted 19 October 2012 That was pathetic, I really did think that game was sewn up, that was the 3-3 though weren't it, amazing scenes at the end. Aye it was. N'guessan header if i remember correctly, followed by carnage. Followed on the way back by the realisation that we had only saved a point when we should have had all three!

Soar Fox Posted 19 October 2012 Posted 19 October 2012 Think they might be some trouble at this one. The bloke who died in the summer Paul Moore it's his birthday that week and as a memorial all his friends and brothers are going to this.
jonthefox Posted 19 October 2012 Posted 19 October 2012 Think 3k is the max allocation Not enough. Maybe someone should inform these cockney noobs were massive.
NiftyFox Posted 19 October 2012 Posted 19 October 2012 We had everyone standing for this in February didnt we? No as I remember I had to move to the top as people were sitting behind me. I swear it was a penatly in the last minute when Beckford went down also the ref sent off the wrong man.
JonnyBoy Posted 21 October 2012 Posted 21 October 2012 which station do you get the train too, and is it a decent route from station to the ground?
Foxes1 Posted 21 October 2012 Posted 21 October 2012 which station do you get the train too, and is it a decent route from station to the ground? Last time I went it was from Leicester to Nuneaton, then Nuneaton to Watford and got off at Watford Junction, its about a 15 - 20 minutes walk through the city centre and there are a few pubs inc a Weatherspoons.
Milton Keynes Fox Posted 21 October 2012 Posted 21 October 2012 which station do you get the train too, and is it a decent route from station to the ground? If you're travelling to watford junction, i'd just pay the extra bit and get overground to Watford High street. decent walk
JonnyBoy Posted 21 October 2012 Posted 21 October 2012 im going from Notts so will have to acess the situation!
Leicesterpool Posted 21 October 2012 Posted 21 October 2012 I like going to watford away, not sure if i'll be able to go it's the fa cup first round draw today and boro are in it and if boro get a good draw i'd rather attend that.
Dan Posted 21 October 2012 Posted 21 October 2012 2,300 is the allocation sadly. On the plus side we will sell that with absolute ease.
Simmo86 Posted 21 October 2012 Posted 21 October 2012 2,300 is the allocation sadly. On the plus side we will sell that with absolute ease. Reckon we'll get more
Basingstoke Fox Posted 21 October 2012 Posted 21 October 2012 I'm on this. Something like a 50 minute drive to / from Watford if the roads are good. Hoping for a good atmosphere this time. It was a bizarre atmosphere that evening in February. Many of us stood but the atmosphere just didn't get going at all. Even when we were 2-1 up for a while in the first half. I predict that we will throw away a lead one way or another, as it is Vicarage Road. But I'll still be there.
NiftyFox Posted 21 October 2012 Posted 21 October 2012 That game in February was I think Matt Mills' last game for us, he really had a shocker that night.
