southwest fox Posted 23 December 2012 Posted 23 December 2012 Well done Danns scored & looking strong again, Get him back now !!!!!!!!!!!
Dan Posted 23 December 2012 Posted 23 December 2012 True, if only we had players who could lead us to 1-1 draws with Ipswich, we only beat them by 6 after all.
southwest fox Posted 23 December 2012 Author Posted 23 December 2012 scored tho & played out his skin in, involved in just about everything Dannssssssss
Dr The Singh Posted 23 December 2012 Posted 23 December 2012 Good goal. He is a very able player at this level, no doubt!
Adster Posted 23 December 2012 Posted 23 December 2012 scored tho & played out his skin in, involved in just about everything Dannssssssss Are you Neil Danns?
Harry - LCFC Posted 23 December 2012 Posted 23 December 2012 True, if only we had players who could lead us to 1-1 draws with Ipswich, we only beat them by 6 after all. Danns is only one eleventh of the team, hardly going to win the game on his own is he? He seems to be doing rather well at Bristol City contrary to the opinions of many on this forum. He isn't utter sh*te as some people suggest.
Charl91 Posted 23 December 2012 Posted 23 December 2012 Danns really isn't shit. He was great at the end of last season, contrary to what the revised history of Foxes Talk states. Didn't start this season too well, but he really can be a great player at times, and there are occasions where his energy and driving runs would be useful.
Guest Col city fan Posted 23 December 2012 Posted 23 December 2012 Danns isn't shit. Simple. Pearson just don't want him. Simple. The two are irreconcilable. I doubt we'll see Danns in a City shirt again.
phillo Posted 23 December 2012 Posted 23 December 2012 Playing well at the moment decent player but over payed paid by the sweed
dannythefox Posted 23 December 2012 Posted 23 December 2012 Got a couple of goals for them now and assists but he'll never play in a Leicester shirt again.

ADK Posted 23 December 2012 Posted 23 December 2012 I don't know what happened with Danns, until his red card and groin injury at the end of last season he was one of our best players. He was shit against Burton and Blackburn but that was after a long time out, supposedly he's fallen out with Pearson. Alot of people are spouting crap saying he isn't any good when that clearly isn't the case.
Dan Posted 23 December 2012 Posted 23 December 2012 scored tho & played out his skin in, involved in just about everything Dannssssssss Did you see the game?
Kyle_Le_Don Posted 23 December 2012 Posted 23 December 2012 Danns would do well in this team now to give us that bite...
kingfox Posted 23 December 2012 Posted 23 December 2012 No. We can do better than an ageing Neil Danns.
Haydos Posted 23 December 2012 Posted 23 December 2012 Average player from what he's done with us. Hasn't shown anything particularly brilliant since being here. Not useless by any means though.
Guest Col city fan Posted 23 December 2012 Posted 23 December 2012 No. We can do better than an ageing Neil Danns. Neil Danns is 28! Usually considered about the prime age for a pro footballer..
Dan Posted 23 December 2012 Posted 23 December 2012 I fail to see what Danns offers that would improve the side. I'm not saying he's a terrible player, but nothing I saw from him last season prevented the kind of results like the last three.
kingfox Posted 23 December 2012 Posted 23 December 2012 Neil Danns is 28! Usually considered about the prime age for a pro footballer.. He is 30?
Guest Col city fan Posted 23 December 2012 Posted 23 December 2012 He is 30? I meant he was 28 when we signed him? Danny Murphy (a player you said you'd like us to sign) is 35? What's your point?
kingfox Posted 23 December 2012 Posted 23 December 2012 I meant he was 28 when we signed him? Danny Murphy (a player you said you'd like us to sign) is 35? What's your point? When did I mention Danny Murphy can't remember that one. Danns and Wellens are too old, Pearson would rather play and sign younger players, as he has proved by bringing in Drinkwater and James. Plus Danns in overall quality isn't good enough anymore, doubt he will make a spectacular change and help the side.
LCFC Todd Posted 23 December 2012 Posted 23 December 2012 Although Danns gives too many fouls away and can be a liability, i think he'd add something new to our midfield and i personally would like to see him back. BUT: Pearson has fallen out with Danns (it most likely seems) so it's unlikely we'll see Danns play for us again.
