Trav Le Bleu Posted 15 January 2013 Posted 15 January 2013 Francis. The painter or the renaissance philosopher/author? I also assume that Richard Bacon means the MP for South Norfolk.
The Doctor Posted 15 January 2013 Posted 15 January 2013 Definitely Francis Bacon, the father of empiricism. In his absence, Kevin Bacon.

flowwolf Posted 16 January 2013 Posted 16 January 2013 A good chat up line for females is" Show us your Bacon " It never fails to get a responce.
Finnegan Posted 16 January 2013 Posted 16 January 2013 Definitely not Kevin Bacon after those fvcking awful EE adverts I have to be honest, I thought they were quite funny. I know this is a failure of mine but still.
Captain... Posted 16 January 2013 Posted 16 January 2013 I have to be honest, I thought they were quite funny. I know this is a failure of mine but still. I get annoyed by the constant UK references by someone who clearly knows nothing about Coronation Street and Jedward and the tenuous links are more contrived than those by Chris Moyles and Comedy Dave back when they were only slightly bile inducing, the most recent advert with the 4/5 Kevin Bacons is much better, as they are paying for a Hollywood actor and making reference to him as a Hollywood actor and not a Corrie Fan.
Finnegan Posted 16 January 2013 Posted 16 January 2013 Taking it a bit seriously aren't you? He didn't write it did he?! And he may be a massive Anglophile anyway, it's quite vogue in Hollywood. It's just a joke about the six degrees of Kevin Bacon. We're all connected to Bacon.
skinnydipper Posted 16 January 2013 Posted 16 January 2013 I ate same bacon that contained horse DNA. Although it tasted ok it gave me the trots.
