This might sound bit shocking but in some ways I don't blame her. Once you get redundant and get on the benefits and build a lifestyle around it then it will be hard to get off it especially if it mean you now will be not longer be able to afford all of necessaries. To be fair, she is clearly taking the piss regarding the holidays and she doesn't look likes she is applying for jobs.

However, I might limit the child benefit families can have if they don't contribute enough through tax.

The minimum wage levels and benefits cap need sorting out so the minimum wage rate pay more than maximum benefit cap yet the maximum benefit cap need to be enough for people to have a reasonable lifestyle.

Benefits are there in order that people with no income can live. The amount due is set out according to circumstance.

As long as a person follows the guidelines and claims the correct amount I have no problem with them. The same goes when paying tax. As long as a person pays the correct amount set out by law that is fine.

I am not just saying this because I claim.

I do the odd shift on maternity looking after women for a couple hours post c-section, and so many of the couples dont have jobs. Just sucking the country dry with their chavy little offspring.

I said half. Without meaning half. Basic Human Rights that are important are rights to fresh water, rights to a fair court trial etc. Not to raise an offspring every year, or the Abu Qatadar (sp) farce we've been reading about last year.

There's a huge diffference. Saying all Human Rights are a good thing is as daft as saying all Human Rights are a bad thing.

Well I've just added them onto my previous post so if you'd like to tell me which ones you'd like to have removed I can get on with criticising you for your opinion because every one of them is perfectly fine.

To be honest, I don't think you really want them removed, you're annoyed about something else I think - None of the rights in the list give people the right to live comfortably which is what I suspect you're really angry about - People can live pretty poor lives with all those rights covered but that's fine because you should have to earn the privilege of living comfortably.

These are really strictly inforced aren't they in this country?!

They're well meaning rights, but half of them aren't necessary. I mean 'the right to live'??

The government have allowed too many people to get away with stuff hiding behind these for too long.

Would stopping people from having kids tilthey've contributed financially to society really be a bad thing??
