I just fear he's too old though, although I said that last year and he went and won me money (Think he placed? May have actually won?). I fear it's going to be abit too much for him but i'll be having an E/W.

The third day is never really the same for me, there's a lot of the newer races that don't really have the same history. It should still be called the Stayers Hurdle and should precede the Gold Cup.

Talking of bookies, Stan James have gone up in my estimations massively. I placed a bet on The Liquidator in the bumper last sunday £5 e/w at 28/1 and I noticed today they were offering 4 places. Low and behold my horse came 4th and it didn't pay out, i've just spoken to them and they said it was only for bets placed today that that offer was valid. I didn't kick off, but the woman settled the bet anyway and gave me a free £5 bet because i'd called up. Over generous, but they will get more back from me I suspect because i'll use them more often no doubt.

Not interested in a place at 14/1, the horse owes me nothing but if it wins again then i'll be in dreamland. I must be the best part of £2000 up on this horse over the years. Nothing has ever won me more cash ever.

Nothing has ever won me more cash ever. Yeah it hasn't won me quite as much as it has you but i've bet lower stakes than you no doubt. It is one of if not my favourite horse. Must have saved my festival 3 or 4 times. I reckon I can see a few McCoy win's tomorrow.
