No point in getting rid however owners are sure to benchmark Cardiff game against where we want to be, to be fair the likes of Marshall should hang their heads, shit performance. Pearsons downfall has been the lack of energetic box to box midfielder, Neil danns maybe..his form players have ultimately lost their way at the most crucial time.

Oh please don't.

We are in an absolute awful run of form with no indication where the next result is going to come from. I'd love for someone to tell me in that case why we SHOULDN'T just get a new manager?? We cant do any worse! And a new manager kicking players up the arses MIGHT be what we need to crawl over the playoff line! Because as it stands at the minute, its almost a certainty we aren't going to finish in the top 6. We are bloody rock bottom of the form league for god sake

Rock bottom of the form league? Which form league are you looking at? Not even close!

I think the dissapointing thing during this run has been that Nigel has refused to change the shape on the team or the personnel,

It would have been nice to see Gally start, Schlupp play up front....but we seem to just carry on as usual and it isn't good enough.

What are you talking about.

Wood and kane in up front are changes and Gally has tried and failed many times over the last year or so.

Midfield has certainly been our downfall.

Every result in the league has gone our way in the last three weeks and we still can't win...what else do we need ?

If we'd have won our "easy" games since January, we'd be in such a good position. So frustrated.

I don't want him gone, but I do think that's a good point... could a new man do worse... not in the run we're in he couldn't no, so why not indeed.

Is there anyone any good available though??? the names thrown around on this site are still being paid by their former clubs and unable to take new positions.

Then you've got to take into account how we could afford it?

Will the Thai's throw good money after bad & rack up the £100m debt yet further before the new rules start?

Whenever the rules change the owners can only invest a maximum of £6m which by the time you've paid off a few of the high 'big spend era' contracts to get us under the FFP ceiling will leave a new manager coming to a selling club, who have to sell key assets to be able to buy?

So without debating any allegiance to the current management team, I can't see it makes sense... other than paying off the current team and picking up someone on a ridiculous contract to the end of the season, then start again in the summer... which has got us nowhere for so long now.

Here we go again.

I will not get back to this board until tomorrow.

I expect a trolling of unheard proportions from all Pearson haters.

"Sack him, sack him, aaaargh!" I can already hear it resonating.

A word of wisdom beforehand to the ones concerned: You can all fvck off.

Pearson has not been chopping and changing, he pretty much sticks with the same personnel from the start only ever rotating a max of one or two players. Bringing in Kane has not made us rubbish. We have gone on this run of form because we have no plan B, ever!

Who has a worse record apart from Millwall past 6 games? Won 1 Drawn 2 Lost 3?

I think the biggest problem with NP is his lack of a plan B. we have no quality cover anywhere on the field so when players lose form or a team susses our tactics there is nothing we can do. I don't think it will change even if we get promoted

This is why we need another manager now or the end of the season
