shiv Posted 26 March 2013 Posted 26 March 2013 See Andrew Johnson is returning from injury at QPR and isn't in their 25-man squad. Could well be worth a punt (on loan) and would give Wood/Nuge/Kane a kick up the backside.
_Fatboyslow_ Posted 26 March 2013 Posted 26 March 2013 as in a midfielder who has slept with a lot of prostitutes . . . . . . . . .? No just a lot of women.

shiv Posted 26 March 2013 Posted 26 March 2013 Apparently going to Swindon. Highly unlikely, they're under a transfer embargo.
StanSP Posted 26 March 2013 Posted 26 March 2013 Highly unlikely, they're under a transfer embargo. Might be lifted by Thursday.
yorkie1999 Posted 26 March 2013 Posted 26 March 2013 The thing is If Pearson is looking at the loan market who is going to get dropped from the starting line up because if he got someone in for say king, what he's basically saying is your shit and I want to replace you!

Drinkwater should get replaced. Because he is more like Stalewater atm.
indierich06 Posted 27 March 2013 Posted 27 March 2013 Drinkwater should get replaced. Because he is more like Stalewater atm. Poor bants from the self-proclaimed 'Banter King'.
shiv Posted 27 March 2013 Posted 27 March 2013 Might be lifted by Thursday. Even if that's the case, I'd like to think we'd be a more attractive prospect than Swindon! Definitely need a central midfielder but can't see that happening before the loan window closes.
indierich06 Posted 27 March 2013 Posted 27 March 2013 Wouldn't mind Ross Barkley or George Green from Everton. I think we could do with someone to provide a bit of fresh impetus.
Happy Fox Posted 27 March 2013 Posted 27 March 2013 David Fox from Norwich City experienced midfielder which is what we desperately need.
AyewJoking Posted 27 March 2013 Posted 27 March 2013 Drinkwater should get replaced. Because he is more like Stalewater atm. Amateur. Should have gone with ditchwater.
MGLCFC Posted 27 March 2013 Posted 27 March 2013 Not sure who is available but would like a Prem central midfield player who is coming back from injury and needs to play at a shightly lower level to gain full match fitness (like Wellens did going to Ipswich). There must be a few out there surely?
kingfox Posted 27 March 2013 Posted 27 March 2013 Poor bants from the self-proclaimed 'Banter King'. Wasn't banter.

indierich06 Posted 27 March 2013 Posted 27 March 2013 Wasn't banter. Mind telling me what it was supposed to be then? Other than cryptic bollocks?
Oakes5 Posted 27 March 2013 Posted 27 March 2013 Can we terminate Harry Kanes deal because he is terrible, he's not a winger so why does Pearson keep putting him out there?! Lets take Kevin Davies til end of season please.
kingfox Posted 27 March 2013 Posted 27 March 2013 Nick Powell, Nico Yennaris, Stephen Ireland, Ross Barkley, Gael Bigirimana, George Thorne. Just some names. Mind telling me what it was supposed to be then? Other than cryptic bollocks? It was me saying Drinkwater is shit, which he is.
Dan Posted 27 March 2013 Posted 27 March 2013 Kane really isn't that bad, and Kevin Davies lets not regress our style of football even further.
Simo86 Posted 27 March 2013 Posted 27 March 2013 Nick Powell, Nico Yennaris, Stephen Ireland, Ross Barkley, Gael Bigirimana, George Thorne. Just some names. Some good suggestions. Thorne is out for the season though.
Oakes5 Posted 27 March 2013 Posted 27 March 2013 Kevin Davies last year was an England International. His experience up front as a Target Man could help with our Plan B (oh shit sorry just realised we dont have a Plan B) Yes its back to basics but a player like him could have a big say when we're losing a game towards end of match.

Isn't that what Chris wood can do?
