Jimothy Posted 9 December 2015 Posted 9 December 2015 Nice to see Brett got dressed up for You're Fired.
StanSP Posted 9 December 2015 Posted 9 December 2015 Brett turning up in a t-shirt on You're Fired. It's almost, almost as if he wants to show off his figure.
Nalis Posted 9 December 2015 Posted 9 December 2015 Alan: 'Brett, you leave with honour' Ermm barring the boardroom tonight, he's intimidated and bullied his way through the competition.
Wymsey Posted 9 December 2015 Posted 9 December 2015 The candidates on this series are possibly the 'worst' since this programme begun. Quite underwhelming.
Tuna Posted 9 December 2015 Posted 9 December 2015 The candidates on this series are possibly the 'worst' since this programme begun. Quite underwhelming. Remember that guy fired in the first episode? Someone called him out in the boardroom for poor sales, before correcting him that he made no sales at all. Pathetic!
Jackster21 Posted 9 December 2015 Posted 9 December 2015 My favourite candidate from the beginning is Richard. I find Charlene annoying so I hope she'll be out in the next round.

Bettsj2 Posted 10 December 2015 Posted 10 December 2015 I like Charlene. She's decent. Apparantly she doesnt wear any panties.
Captain... Posted 10 December 2015 Posted 10 December 2015 No sales! It's almost like it takes more than a day to create an innovative, new health food snack from scratch. I think purely on the branding Brett's team was the best, but they fvcked up the product because they had no time to make it, admittedly Vana went crazy with the oil, but there was no time to make various batches and fine tune the recipe. Set them an impossible task and you get 0 sales.
AKCJ Posted 10 December 2015 Posted 10 December 2015 I'd employ Charlene, Vana and Richard. The other two are making up the numbers. Vana is a dark horse. Alan clearly likes Charlene and sees something in her. Richard hasn't put many feet wrong but is clearly a bit of a bell to work with.

Just needed more added to the packaging and the fact they needed to take out the amount of oil, which they realised themselves. The dehydration technique is a massive USP. I thought they were desperately unlucky to lose as the other team were a bit of a shambles. Their product wasn't unique, the packaging was awful and their pitches were abysmal.

Not sure about Charlene, I have said before that I would trust Richard the most with my money based on the process so far, but it looks like he gets a pasting in the interviews so I'm thinking Vana will win.
ithuriel Posted 10 December 2015 Posted 10 December 2015 Well, the interviews are when we find out who has been telling the most lies to have got into this. Just have a feeling Richard is going to get rumbled here for some reason. Vana or Gary to win?
The Horse's Mouth Posted 10 December 2015 Posted 10 December 2015 Dunno, Richard reminds me of the Tory spin doctor from The Thick of It
Jimothy Posted 10 December 2015 Posted 10 December 2015 Just looking at the final 5 candidates. Sugar keeps going on about how Gary is the eldest of all of them like he's 50+ and should know better. Looking at the profiles on the BBC website, he's only 34, Charleine and Richard are both 31. Sugar goes on like Gary is vastly more experienced than anyone else, when in reality he's pretty much the same age as two of the others.
Matt Posted 15 December 2015 Posted 15 December 2015 The Interviews! Can't wait. A couple of previews (Don't worry no spoilers imo after spoilergate a few weeks ago, simply previews) Someone sent me a link to this video as well -
AKCJ Posted 16 December 2015 Posted 16 December 2015 Claude is the don. If I ever turn up for an interview and he's sat opposite me I'd probably just walk out
Tuna Posted 16 December 2015 Posted 16 December 2015 :xmaslaugh: Gary and his mobile disco! This lad's finished!
MooseBreath Posted 16 December 2015 Posted 16 December 2015 Vana and Valentino in the final obv Dicki has had his pants pulled down and rightly so
Tuna Posted 16 December 2015 Posted 16 December 2015 Gary and Richard definitely gone. Think it will be Vana and Joseph.
ithuriel Posted 16 December 2015 Posted 16 December 2015 Vana and Joseph then. He calls Richard credible after saying that was the first time he was honest enough with him.
