He may be better though when he is the boss and not working with a bunch of narcissistic nobs, like him. Second would be Gary. If it was the old format I would have David as the favourite, but I don't know if he has what it takes to be an entrepreneur. I'm not a fan of Brett and Scott just has an everyone's against me attitude and gives up when things don't go his way and the women are just all terrible, Vana is probably the best.

As someone mentioned in last night's episode, Richard is David Brent. He is focused, and I can see him getting things done, I just couldn't cope with having to shake his hand before he does anything - he's obsessed with it.
