Simple enough, answer the question and if you like, state your reasons.

(and don't get all whiny about the poll, we all know this is being discussed at club level as well as on the terrace and here.)

I have voted Stay

Im not a fan of the man and was opposed to his return, but, given his results when he has managed us, hes been pretty close, and perhaps, with another summer, he might get it right.

He's only got one year left on his contract, and given that every full season he's ever had here has ended in promotion or playoffs, I think he deserves the chance to build on what he's started. To go into more detail would be repeating myself.

So if he's not doing a satisfactory job this time next season, he can leave with no payoff, and some of our Sven high earners will be on their way too, giving the next manager a fighting chance at being able to sign some players at a higher wage.

He failed in his remit to get promoted.  I think he will probably take what he has learned from his time here and go on to be successful elsewhere but the latter end to the season is not good enough.  Time for a change as I do not see how we will be any better next season.  Not enough bottle or leaders in the team at the moment.

I said stay. Why?

Changing managers = 04-08 era..10/11-11/12.

Keeping managers more than 1 full season = O Neil - 1996-2000, Adams - 2001-2004, Pearson 2008-2010.

Notice everytime we stick with a manager we do well? Stability is key.

Go back to Little even, brilliant and consistent, He leaves, we have 1-2 years of transition and struggle before O neil comes. O Neil goes..year or 2 of transition..Adams comes, we keep him after relegation, we go up. He leaves, 4 years of absolute sh*te. Pearson comes in - Promotion/Playoffs. He leaves, 2 years of transition again. First full season, playoffs again. so IMO, just judging by 'form':

If he leaves: 2 years of transition or maybe a 4 year dark era?, might as well not watch in 13/14 and 14/15 and we might have a chance by 2016.

If he stays: Build on what we have and Id fancy our chances next season.

Quite an obvious choice really. Depending how were doing up by 10-15 games next year. If we are very poor, then Ill change my mind maybe..For now it would be a discusting decision to get rid of him.

Think Chinese, Think be careful what you wish for.

I've said stay for all the reasons deanolegend1989 mentioned above. We need to keep a manager for longer than 1.5 seasons. I genuinly believe we're building a decent squad. Theres a lot of quality in there and if we can get players like Danns and Beckford off the wage bill maybe we could afford an extra quality player or two.

I'll be gutted if he goes, it will feel just like it did after the Cardiff defeat 3 years ago, when hearing that he's in talks with Hull. I hope we don't make the same mistake again!

The core of our side is under 25, add to that Morgan and an experienced centre half, all of these players will get better. Let Nige finish what he has started. Bring in another experienced cb or play SSL add a littleore depth and we will challenge again next season.

Of course he should stay: I can't believe any City fan who's experienced the past ten or 12 years would think otherwise.

1. Look at his record: in each of his three full seasons, he's achieved something important. No City manager since O'Neill has matched that.

2. Look at the young players he's found and brought into the club. Again no manager since O'Neill has done that.

3. Who would replace him: I can't think of a single decent manager who is (a) without a club and (b) would come here.

Put it another way: Taylor, Bassett, Levein, Kelly, Allen, Megson, Holloway, Sousa, and Eriksson are all available, one way or another. Which one do you want to replace Pearson?

definate stay. the teams very young, they will learn from this, hopefully nige will have too. He has a decent recruitment policy. But most of all I dont want to get back on that merry-go-round, becoming the national joke that florist did this year with their hire em and fire em revolving door. and in all honesty, whos available that we would be any better off with?

He falls out with most senior players, would rather play another teams youth player than an experienced CB who scored in the euros. We could all see we needed some experienced leaders on the pitch, but he refused to address it, and next season will be more of the same, possibly worse if we lose Kasper, Nugent etc...

Most?

I'd be shocked if you could prove he's fallen out with more than three.

So no proof of any fallouts with any players? Thought not.

Only one that's ever been public knowledge is SSL, and even then they patched things up about a week later.

...And with that post he lost any shred of credibility he ever had, and let's face it - there wasn't much to start with.

One day, I'll find out which other regular poster's behind that seenitall persona.

You can add Wayne Brown to that list, but that's something we should be praising Pearson for.

Time to Go!! he has tried twice and failed simple. This was a poor league and we just sneaked in, then beaten by a team with better movement and players with a manager who has had less time than NP. Dont get excited about we could have won with the penalty.. Watford looked liked could have scored everytime they went forward, compare Deeney with either Kane or Wood both of who have been terrible recently and are no better than Waghorn or Vardy or IMO Beckford. Next season is massive the teams that come down from the PL after that are going to have massive money we cant take the chance on a man who has tried twice and failed despite having the 2nd largest budget in the division.

Also dont call me disloyal just because I want a change, I have just renewed my ticket and now I have also inflicted the pain on my son who now has his first season ticket, although I have to say that the thought of more HOOOOOOOOOOOOFFFF ball football which we have witnessed recently does not make me relish a new season underNP.

Sorry but thats my feelings

Get someone in to build on what we've got now.

Sickens me to see us described as a hoofball team after what we produced earlier on in the season.

We've gone so far backwards since February!
