Probably going to get shot down for the choice of Abe and Fernandes as 2 deep lying midfielders but on their day the 2 of them were a class above anyone else in the team especially Fernandes. Fryatt had 1 good season in league 1.. then 6 months in the championship... Nugent although his run has been absolutely terrible of late... has been more consistent for me... his link up play is better and you see him dropping into midfield and defence when needed.. His legs have gone now (although he never had pace anyway), but he can still look up and pass a ball. Other than an inconsisten run last year under Sven (with the rest of his team), he has generally been a good player for us and one of Pearson's better signings.
