Released Players - Take Your Pick

Recommended Posts

It's all gone quiet at the KP in regards to possible transfer targets and players leaving etc. With other teams in and around the English leagues playing their hand in the transfer market it got me thinking who and where we should be looking at. Value for money comes into this too especially with FFP coming in. Surely there are some bargains to be had.

With the list of premier league players who have been released now available, who would be interesting for us?

I would love Bentley but can see him staying in the prem league

Realistically I would take Bostock, he is young still and has some quality

Would take Carlton Cole without a seconds thought. Has proven himself in this league and to a degree done it in the premier league. Would be a quality signing and totally different to any of our other strikers.

Carlton Cole is the perfect target man at this level. He was so good against us for West Ham the other season, both home and away. Good in the air, will score some goals and holds the ball up so well.
