I think that may have a lot to do with it also, as NP doesn't shout about his business (rightly imo) its likely that some have been concluded.

ealingfox Posted 18 June 2013 Posted 18 June 2013 Relax, we have already wrapped up deals to get rid of 3 or 4 of the shitmunchers, we've signed 4 new players, the kits got a collar and the Thais have already worked out a way to diddle FFP (we're going to smuggle the extra cash in in Richards and Robinson's pockets). They're just keeping it all to themselves until July 1st.

Bolton, Reading even Derby to name a few. We have done naff all not even decent bloody rumours. Believe me its going to be a long long season. We can't even get rid of the dead wood.

Funnily enough you name one team who FFP doesn't count for in Reading, and another still jogging along nicely with parachute payments. Hardly surprising is it. This season was always going to be a pain, we need to strip a lot back financially. But, when we have done that and the finances are on an even footing we will be one of the strongest in the league financially still as our income is greater than than many others.
