I was new to the area back then, so maybe the rumours that I've heard are fabrications? I heard he was a revolutionary socialist for 2-3 years, but was then so impressed with Peter Mandelson that he converted to New Labour (briefly) before going the whole hog and becoming a Tory. Is that true? To be fair to the lad, for a provocative reactionary he's prepared to give and take (or so Moosebreath tells me). I seriously reckon that he ought to switch to a different upholstery class, though. I mean, Friday night and his only night out all week?
