On Sky here too

Takes me 10+ goes of clicking refresh and trying numerous links to try and crowbar my way onto the site, its been like this since last weeks server update(?) and I know its probably not the fault of the owner of this site but its very frustrating and I'm guessing most people who aren't members wont lurk or discover the forums if it carries on

I'm on sky like the others but as I've said previously its happening to me on 3G too, when using my iphone. Is everyone using an iPhone or iPad when having trouble? Maybe it's something to do with the operating system?

Same here. Not been able to get on all day until just now and that was after two or three Try Again's on Firefox. With Sky Broadband too now they have taken over from O2.

Anyone having problems connecting willing to let our hosts obtain remote desktop access to take a look? It would really go some way towards fixing the issue. As it stands they don't know what the problem is.

Ok so it seems for some reason Sky have incorrect DNS entries for this website. Until Sky clear/update their cache which should sort the issue out theres nothing I can do to fix it.

For those having problems I'm told if you change your DNS services to somewhere else e.g. Google (their DNS servers are 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4), this will temporarily fix the problem.

Thank you for your email. I understand your concern with regard to specific web site.

I have checked the details and see that we have not blocked this particular web site from our end. Please reset the browser on your mobile phone and check that. If required, you will have to disable the parental control and check if that works.

*Please click on reset, please click once again and confirm it.

*You will get a pop up to restart the Internet explorer.

Open a new Internet explorer and try accessing the website. It should resolve your issue. If the issue persists please let us know so that we can help you further.

Ive had some serious issues with Sky over the past month, it dropped offline for 2 weeks inexplicably, then worked for a week and crashed for another. And that bloody advert was coming on every 20 bloody minutes.

I got a message through from Mark the other day giving me some troubleshooting advice and stuff but it hasn't been acting up as much so I haven't had to do it yet, the help is appreciated though and I'll do it over when I get the time

Only managed to get on here and read this thread by using tor and pretending to be someone else from somewhere else.  Definatly a SKY issue.  Changing dns didnt help for me, will try that again though.

Tried changing dns again and lo and behold.

Modified my DNS 2 address to that on my Galaxy S3 and it seems to have done the trick. Cheers Mark

I've had the same issue also. Also with Sky.

However, I was struggling last week from Las Vegas through the hotel WIFI. Not sure if that was the server upgrade though.
