The fact that Mohammed is second is more an indication that Muslims are obsessed with naming their children after the prophet, something that used to be popular in simialr fashion in the UK with so many people named Peter, Paul and David, all of whom are saints and back in the day, that was largely the reason for using that name. Excepting of course, there are no saints in Islam, just the prophet, so the name Mohammed has three times the frequency of Paul, Peter and David. Though surely this practice brings reproach on the name Mohammed (I've always thought.) Had I been the juror in charge of the case brought against the woman who named the school teddy bear Mohammed and their alleging that it brought shame on the name of the prophet, I would have argued the same punishment should be given to anyone who named their child Mohammed who then went on to commit a criminal act. I'd happily wager there's several thousands of Mohammeds with criminal records around the world. Judas is a nice name, you never see it much though, bit like Adolph - meaning "praised" and "noble wolf" respectively. What's in a name eh?

There are rumours going around that it is made from 98% Real Ale, but these are total fabrications. (Sorry Ken, once I get a stupid idea in my head I have to follow it through )

Sounds pretty original to me as I've yet to meet a girl called No 1. Friendly word of advice - if you have another daughter don't call her No 2.

A lot of people as Trav says do not follow traditional names now so in one neighbourhood there might be 70 different names as opposed to 60 in another one.
