davieG Posted 16 December 2013 Posted 16 December 2013 A full house will be at King Power Stadium to back the boys in blue on Tuesday night as Nigel Pearson’s men take on Premier League giants Manchester City in the Capital One Cup QF (7.45pm). The Foxes have a chance to book a spot in the last four of the competition for the first time since 2000, when they beat Aston Villa to advance to the final against Tranmere Rovers at Wembley. And ahead of what is set to be a great spectacle at King Power Stadium the Club has some important information for those attending the game. Arrive early Supporters are advised to arrive as early as possible to avoid any potential traffic, parking and queuing issues. In particular, supporters collecting their tickets for the big game should arrive as early as possible beating the rush and avoiding the disappointment of potentially missing kick-off. Food and beverage outlets and turnstiles open from 6.15pm with supporters able to get into the concourses nice and early ahead of the game to soak up the pre-match atmosphere. Season Ticket Holders will also be able to use the 1884 Sports Bar both pre and post-match and are reminded that they will need to bring their 2013/14 Season Card to gain access. The Club would also like to remind supporters that anyone wishing to purchase Second Half Season Tickets or tickets for any other future games from the City Fanstore will not be able to do so between 6.45pm and 7.45pm. The City Fanstore will be open from 9am up until kick-off and then for 45 minutes after the final whistle. Car parking The Club has extremely limited car parking spaces available for tomorrow evening’s fixture and supporters who haven’t yet done so will need to purchase parking or make alternative arrangements. Please note that Seasonal Car Park passes are NOT valid for the game, however there is a wide range of parking available in the City Centre and surrounding areas. Approximately 500 car parking spaces will be available on a first come first served basis at the four DeMontfort University car parks. The Car Parks will be open from 6pm to 11pm and will cost just £5 per vehicle with 50p of the total cost from each vehicle going to the 2013/14 LCFC Foxes Foundation. GingerrrFox Posted 16 December 2013 Posted 16 December 2013 The club should have bought Filbert Street from the landowners and built a big multi-storey car park. Would save a shit load of hassle and make them good money in line with FFP.
