He was saying things that were the opposite of the truth let alone opinion. He didn't sound quite Neanderthal enough for me. He was saying a lot of stupid things but his voice didn't fit. No way was he serious, in my opinion.

The content does seem too ridiculously clueless to be genuine, but there's no sign of tongue-in-cheek in his voice. At the end of the day, is advocating the dropping of Drinkwater for the tough-tackling paceman Gallagher any more retarded than suggesting we might have gotten relegated this season? I don't think it is.

I think he's actually being honest, too. This "Tom" even admits he's only been to one game this season. To me, it sounds like he just doesn't have a clue about the current team at all.
