LCFC_FAN_1995 Posted 23 January 2014 Posted 23 January 2014 I'd take that money if i'm honest, maybe add an extra £1m in add ons, rumours we are after Hennessey also? Also depends on if Kasper wants more money though, if he does do we take the risk that we will go up and give it him or get rid?
davieG Posted 23 January 2014 Posted 23 January 2014 Hennessey is most likely on more money than Kasper.
LCFC_FAN_1995 Posted 23 January 2014 Posted 23 January 2014 Hennessey is most likely on more money than Kasper. I wouldn't be too sure if i'm honest
davieG Posted 23 January 2014 Posted 23 January 2014 I wouldn't be too sure if i'm honest Wasnt he with Wolves in the PL and isn't that why they want rid of him, kasper came from Leeds when Bates was still around and we know how he is for money.
sylofox Posted 23 January 2014 Posted 23 January 2014 Why wouldn't some people want Dyer to be given a 2 year contract. That's just about right in my opinion, he of all players deserves a shot in the Prem, 1 or 2 years it doesn't matter, we need to get him tied down, instead of pissing about, I'd hate to lose him, even though he probably won't play week in week out if we get promoted. A 2yr contract would be 2 much his game is about pace and nothing else as good as he is this season. Your being a fan not running the club if he is not good enough if we go up we are paying him for 1 season. Or would you have us fill the squad with Danns Gally and Waggy type players that are not good enough for us. Paying out huge wages for years to come. HHHHMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM that sounds familiar.
C-man Posted 23 January 2014 Posted 23 January 2014 Can't see any issue with issuing Lloyd with a two year deal. His bunce per week will be minimal compared to the mercenaries we'll be forced to bring in. Besides, can't see that his legs will go by 33 and he will have earned every penny.
OriginalRobboFOX Posted 23 January 2014 Posted 23 January 2014 I'd offer all out of contract players several years extra for their continued service to the club. Several of them deserve new deals. That's right bitches. I said it several times! Yeah. SEVERAL.
Leeds Fox Posted 24 January 2014 Posted 24 January 2014 I don't know if this has been mentioned, so apologies if it has... Players like Lloyd and Konchesky, whose contracts expire at the end of the season seem to be getting offered an extra year. Maybe this is because, even if they aren't wanted next season, it's not worth having them upset the balance of the squad at such a crucial time. So one extra years wages is being offered, to keep them happy. Almost as if the owners are willing to lose out short term, to gain in the long term.
Haydos Posted 24 January 2014 Posted 24 January 2014 need a keeper there keepers now our get on a bit kasper would be a good fit You got a decent source or is this your real, genuine, stone wall opinion?

dayday Posted 25 January 2014 Posted 25 January 2014 Taken from The Sun,lloyd Dyer last night slammed Leicester for the treatment of players over new deals. The foxes midfielder is one of 11stars whose contracts are due to run out at the championship leaders. Dyer,31,said A one-year extension has been mentioned but i get the impression they are not bothered. I love the club and want to stay for the rest of my career. Seems all is still not well.
KFS Posted 25 January 2014 Posted 25 January 2014 That doesn't sound very Lloyd Dyer to me. What is with this bloody media attack we're undergoing?

Bayfox Posted 25 January 2014 Posted 25 January 2014 That doesn't sound very Lloyd Dyer to me. What is with this bloody media attack we're undergoing? konch signed. Maybe it isnt going to all fall apart. Take note national press.
RizLCFC Posted 25 January 2014 Posted 25 January 2014 When do we ever see Lloyd Dyer in the media spotlight? He's the most media shy footballer I've ever known. RL have interviewed him only 2/3 times since he's been here and same with The Merc. The Sun are just going through our list of players, picking a new name each week with the same article, absolute joke!
