Oh what a great time it is not to be a Forest fan.

 

Their owner is just one step below Vincent Tan in the baloney department.

It didn't help that Davies came up with his intricate (and highly eyebrow-rising) starting line-ups, either. Granted, injuries played their part.

But you don't go out there and play a defender as a striker (unless his name is Steve Walsh).

 

To be fair to Billy, the guy does have a 10 for finishing on FM.

I'm really baffled by the love their owner is currently recieving from their fans. From an outsiders perspective he's running the club like a complete shambles, yet everybody on their forum is acting like he hasnt put a foot wrong and it's all Davies' fault. Very strange.

 

Inidicative of how easily swayed so many fans are by what they read on Twitter.

 

They're all at fault.

There's a "Davies Out" thread on LTLF that was started on 8 March, and have over two thousand posts before he was actually sacked, and has had nearly a thousand more since he went. Had a quick flick through and some of the comments - both about Davies and about other posters - are absolutely poisonous. Awful people.

I don't get the Zola hope. Nice man he is, and a great footballer he was - but he's a bang average manager.

 

Watford should've won that league last year. It was full of sides falling at the late hurdles and they failed to get out of the division despite having plenty of players too good for the league.

a 1-0 defeat  is virtually a Forest victory these days.

 

Since sacking Davies, Forest defeats have improved 80%

I like Hoddle and he actually knows what he's on about. Don't do it to yourself, Glenn.

 

This is a man who refuses to work with England due to the shambolic set up so maybe he'll do what Warnock's done.

Glen Hoddle linked now, how long has he been out of management? He was player manager in that tragic loss to Swindon all those years ago, what's he been doing since? Abusing more disabled people?

 

His last two club jobs have been mediocre to say the least, bang average with Spurs and did little with Wolves.
