It's funny how all their big transfers **** up. Flakey fawaz and davies are taking the piss out of them and they swallow it all hook line and sinker. Though there is a rumour billy's quit now. lol joke club.

Anyone else find it hilarious that forest were going on about how many "Big names" they were going to sign but have so far lost Chalobah and Hobbs bought in some bench-warmer and shown no real interest in anyone else  lol  lol

Every transfer window there is a **** up with transfers after getting themselves linked with all and sundry, and then they bring next to nobody in or cheap options. Followed by rumours of making derisory offers or agreeing fees and wages only for it to collapse because they don't come forward with the money. Oh and poor eyesight. Something is wrong there at the top of the club and I'm sure davies is involved in it or fully aware but is getting his pieces of silver so doesn't care.

Does a loan ending count as 'losing' someone? He was pretty awful anyway so it was never going to get extended. The Hobbs thing is a bit of an irritant. I guess we'll see the real reason Hull Tigers have recalled soon enough.

I used to hate them but my closest friend at Uni is from, and supports, Hull so they've grown on me since I met him.

(More like I have to like them :P)

Given their response to fans from other teams coming on their forum, I'm guessing you're not a popular man on LTLF Hux? Or are you just keeping your Foxes Talk adventures a secret?

Here's a funny one.

I registered on the LTLF Forest Forum yesterday, largely because I wanted to ask why there were so many posts about Jack Hobbs - nearly 3000 at the last count since the beginning of January, FFS. I noticed that our very own Babylon was posting: his posts were polite but, as he would doubtless acknowledge, they were intended to wind them up. One Forest poster called Flagman (I think a forum administrator) took very strong exception to one of Babylon's posts about club finances, and trotted out the usual gobshite about how we defrauded suppliers in order to get promoted back in 2002-3 and how any team that bought promotion in that dishonest way should be lined up against a wall and shot (a slight exaggeration for effect there - well, I am a writer - but you get the idea).

I wrote a post - my only one - saying that what Flagman had written was inaccurate in several particulars, and that I would write a detailed (and polite) response this morning. I didn't want to do it last night because I had enjoyed three or four glasses of our local red listening to Stringer and Young's entirely unbiased RL commentary. However, when I came to write my response today, I found that I have been banned for life from the Forest Forum, with no opportunity to appeal. I wrote to both the Forest Forum team and their webmaster (again, politely) and got a bounce-back: I have become an unperson.

I'm a member of fans' forums for several different clubs, but this is the first time I have been banned. I wonder what makes the Forest Forum so touchy. Are they still smarting over AK's matchwinning performance at the end of last season?

Because the only history lesson they're interested in is the period between 1978 and 1980.

Hull are growing on me.

I could see this changing in the next few days.

If they're still holding grudges against us then they are a truly pathetic club.
