davieG Posted 29 March 2014 Posted 29 March 2014 Hard to believe when he got the hump over Pierrepont interfering just over the use of mobile phones.
foxes_rule1978 Posted 29 March 2014 Posted 29 March 2014 Does anybody think there is anything in the Martin O'Neill connection to the job? I personally cannot believe he will leave the republic job so soon after taking it. And cannot imagine he would ever consider working for Dev. He will not leave, O'Neill wants complete control when he gets a job and it is clear that he wouldn't get that at forest... He left Villa because players were getting sold behind his back
Corky Posted 29 March 2014 Posted 29 March 2014 I can't imagine him walking away from Ireland after a few months and before the next qualifying campaign, would defeat the point of taking the job surely?
johnny the fox Posted 29 March 2014 Author Posted 29 March 2014 three times a charm.. obvious, he's out of work, get Billy back , to finish the unfinished unfinished business. its fate.
One Legged Beaver Posted 30 March 2014 Posted 30 March 2014 I actually cannot believe what I'm reading on that support Fawaz thread, mind-boggling stuff. The man is a buffoon in the footballing world and hasn't the first idea how to run a club.
reeceh_lcfc Posted 30 March 2014 Posted 30 March 2014 Looks like they're hoping Pearce will change his mind, they drafted up a contract for him yesterday
marko Posted 30 March 2014 Posted 30 March 2014 I actually cannot believe what I'm reading on that support Fawaz thread, mind-boggling stuff. The man is a buffoon in the footballing world and hasn't the first idea how to run a club. I've just had a read of that too. Some of the drivel written is hilarious - the media being out to destroy Fawaz and some of the soppy garbage was particularly laughable.
kingcarr21 Posted 31 March 2014 Posted 31 March 2014 Theres one post saying of hiring a plane to fly over the city grounds with a message of thanks for Fawaz It really is so good to be a leicester fan right now being able to watch forest going down the pan on and off the pitch and our owners clearly learning from previous mistakes in order to making us such a well run club.
Dan Posted 31 March 2014 Posted 31 March 2014 Is it just me who feels like we've genuinely left Forest behind?
J.Lisemore Posted 31 March 2014 Posted 31 March 2014 So.... Stuart Pearce has reopened talks with Forest, after stating he wouldn't take the job for personal reasons. ££££££££££££££££££££££.

Looks like they are heading to Stuart Pearceville.. its a cul de sac.. break him in half like a stick of rock, you will see the word "loser" written all the way through him. I'm happy with this.

After tearing around the nightclub hitting on beautiful women all night and being rejected... in Stuart Pearce Forest have settled for the rotter in a dark corner at 3am.
Captain... A match made in Heaven (the gay night club, not eternal paradise).
oxford blue Posted 31 March 2014 Posted 31 March 2014 I expect Pearce’s first team talk may go along the lines of this: “I never wanted to come here to manage you …(insert an appropriate word!) But as the chairman offered me even more money than he did to begin with, I couldn’t say no. The last time I managed a league club was 2007 when I nearly got Man City relegated –we did lose to Chesterfield in the league cup though. I know it’s been some time since then, but I’m sure I’ll get the best out of you; you’ll finish as high as 23rd next season. Then the season after that we can try to beat Chesterfield (unless they’ve got back to back promotions). I give as much thought as I can to training. So, to begin with, run around the pitch 10 times which will give me time to think of the next skill to practise…â€

separator Posted 31 March 2014 Posted 31 March 2014 Fawaz has apparently approached the Chuckle Brothers to join their coaching staff in order to improve the teams passing skills..... to me, to you.
Leicesterpool Posted 31 March 2014 Posted 31 March 2014 Fawaz has apparently approached the Chuckle Brothers to join their coaching staff in order to improve the teams passing skills..... to me, to you. Silly you!
EastNeukFox Posted 31 March 2014 Posted 31 March 2014 Peter Reid to the rescue! http://talksport.com/football/exclusive-id-walk-down-m6-land-nottingham-forest-job-claims-reid-14032885363 He'd walk down the M6 to take the job??? ......if his management skills are like his navigational/geographical skills, they're fvcked! So fingers crossed then!!
Vlad the Fox Posted 31 March 2014 Posted 31 March 2014 He'd walk down the M6 to take the job??? ......if his management skills are like his navigational/geographical skills, they're fvcked! So fingers crossed then!! Rumour has it he has just been given the managers job at center parts, Longleat forest, he'd walked a long way. They were impressed.
RedHux Posted 1 April 2014 Posted 1 April 2014 According to 5 live, Psycho is to be confirmed on Thursday. 2yr contract and a no interference clause for good measure. Starting in earnest once this pigs ear of a season is done with.
Saxondale Posted 1 April 2014 Posted 1 April 2014 Just realised we're 28 points ahead of those complete clowns. Though, if you believe half of the 'tards on LTLF, their squad is much better than ours! Are they even safe from relegation?
Vlad the Fox Posted 1 April 2014 Posted 1 April 2014 Love it. "no interference clause " Is this why everyone turns them down, flaky fawaz likes to conduct interviews with his hand on prospective managers knees. ****ing pervert.
