QPR v Burnley next Saturday.

This will be a shite result.  Both teams now only 8 points behind and a game in hand after ours this afternoon.  Puts a bit of pressure on us now this afternoon to get something. Whoever wants Burnley to win must be nuts!

Is a better result than qpr winning

Burnley winning is better than QPR, surely?

It makes the battle for 2nd very interesting and removes the game in hand.

If we win today, it'd make an 11 point gap over 2nd and 3rd.

And if we lose it means we are 3 points closer to not getting promoted.

This is a great game. Anybody that thinks Burnley will slip away might want to think again, they are really going for it here and fair play to them.

I've never rated Assou-Ekotto, he really is in it for the money. He doesn't ever look bothered. Really would hate him to play for us.

we play at 3 remember, could be 66 by 5pm

And we'll probabbly win ours - hopefully - if Kermo doesn't start :( - hope with me.

But I just don't want to see Burnely + QPR be revolving at 2nd and 3rd, when we can increase our gap over 3rd which is what we really want with 17 games left after today.

Because they're not our rival in the hunt for auto, the title is pointless if you havnt already got promoted. We don't have to play QPR again and it doesnt matter how well they do, as long as we perform and pick more points and widen the gap from 3rd place.

errr? I think we do in April!

Completely agree, we have to win later though, really keep setting the pace.

Even if we lose and Burnley and QPR both win their respective games in hand, the very worst case scenario, we will still be five points clear of both. It's far from a crisis.

A bun fight between Burnley and QPR suits us down to the ground so long as our form doesn't collapse.

Brilliant. Lets put Burnley on a 12 game winning run now...

Wonder who started Leicesters?

Are you saying that we're going to win our next 4 games as well?

I'd take that!

if 2nd and 3rd keep "revolving" then that can only server to benefit us

Crisis, no, but we have to go to Burnley. Lose that and your gap could be two points.

Yeah my bad, thought we beat them at home already..

Even so, what if QPR take away 3 points from us and Burnley also win that day. We don't want to find ourself in 3rd place.

And that's just it, we want to be top 2.
