Swalker Posted 1 February 2014 Posted 1 February 2014 Neither team looks comfortable! All a bit end to end and neither seem to have fully settled!!! Good news for us
Rincewind Posted 1 February 2014 Posted 1 February 2014 Was going pub to watch it but can't drag myself out my chair. No dinner in as well. Another chicken take away then.
AKCJ Posted 1 February 2014 Posted 1 February 2014 I tell you what. This is wank football. HOOOOOOOOOOOOOF.
Swalker Posted 1 February 2014 Posted 1 February 2014 Sky love QPR! They always make them seem like playing QPR is like playing Man City at home!!!
Guest Posted 1 February 2014 Posted 1 February 2014 best for City if QPR win or a draw, but I do hate QPR. Don't want them promoted.
Beliall Posted 1 February 2014 Posted 1 February 2014 wouldnt it be better if burnley win? put them both on 55 adn gives us a chance at an 11 point gap to the pair
Swalker Posted 1 February 2014 Posted 1 February 2014 wouldnt it be better if burnley win? put them both on 55 adn gives us a chance at an 11 point gap to the pair But then have 2 teams chasing instead of 1 team! QPR win could make it a 2 horse race, Burnley win could send us 11 clear but a draw could still have us 10 clear with 3/4 teams battling for 2nd place!
Guest kristianity77 Posted 1 February 2014 Posted 1 February 2014 wouldnt it be better if burnley win? put them both on 55 adn gives us a chance at an 11 point gap to the pair Why would you want to be 11 clear of two teams where if QPR win we could be 14 clear of 3rd? Baffling
Beliall Posted 1 February 2014 Posted 1 February 2014 ye, but QPR would be in 3rd, having the only 2 team to beat them at home above them. puts doubt in their minds, and closes the gap for the fight for 2nd Why would you want to be 11 clear of two teams where if QPR win we could be 14 clear of 3rd? Baffling becasue i want the other teams fighting each other, not catching us. i want the title now, not 2nd
Onions Posted 1 February 2014 Posted 1 February 2014 Why would you want to be 11 clear of two teams where if QPR win we could be 14 clear of 3rd? Baffling Because Burnley are not a danger. They won't keep up the form, so whatever points they take from QPR is good.
Swalker Posted 1 February 2014 Posted 1 February 2014 The ideal for us IMO would be to have QPR and Burnley sucked into a fight for 2nd whilst Forest and Derby fight for 3rd Because Burnley are not a danger. They won't keep up the form, so whatever points they take from QPR is good. They've pretty much kept pace with us and QPR so far despite everyone saying they'll fall off soon all season
Deucalion Posted 1 February 2014 Author Posted 1 February 2014 Promotion first, then worry about the title.
Tom17LCFC Posted 1 February 2014 Posted 1 February 2014 I've been thinking and I've concluded I want Burnley to win, I want the fvcking title.
Rincewind Posted 1 February 2014 Posted 1 February 2014 The more points we can afford to drop the better. I think we are safe for the play-offs though.
theessexfox Posted 1 February 2014 Posted 1 February 2014 Lets be 14 points clear of 3rd before we start thinking about the title. Automatics the immediate concern.
Guest Bilo Posted 1 February 2014 Posted 1 February 2014 Promotion first, then worry about the title. Absolutely. April 19th will be fvcking huge at this rate, potentially our biggest game in a decade.
Guest kristianity77 Posted 1 February 2014 Posted 1 February 2014 Because Burnley are not a danger. They won't keep up the form, so whatever points they take from QPR is good. Burnley may or may not be a danger, but its the gap to 3rd which gets you promoted, not the gap to 2nd
