mugshot Posted 1 February 2014 Posted 1 February 2014 A decent match and we couldnt ask for more, the result being a draw is perfect...could we be 10 points clear at the end of day??
ozleicester Posted 1 February 2014 Posted 1 February 2014 If we win today.. will be 10 points ahead of 2nd... fvcking TEN!!!
LanguedocFox Posted 1 February 2014 Posted 1 February 2014 3-3 Excellent result for CIty. As long as we beat the Cherries...
RedSoxUK Posted 1 February 2014 Posted 1 February 2014 3-3 final score good game All in all, I'm okay with this, (Except my 6 fold is now ****ed.)
ealingfox Posted 1 February 2014 Posted 1 February 2014 Good result really, a draw is closer to losing than winning.
ScouseFox Posted 1 February 2014 Posted 1 February 2014 Take that. Now it's all about us. This is a good result for us if we make 2 more points on these two, it's all pointless if we lose, then they've gained a point a piece on us. Come on Leicester.
Guest Col city fan Posted 1 February 2014 Posted 1 February 2014 You were saying Babs? Burnley don't look gone to me? A win later would now be grand.
Kitchandro Posted 1 February 2014 Posted 1 February 2014 Good result. A win for us and it's another great day.
Beliall Posted 1 February 2014 Posted 1 February 2014 All in all, I'm okay with this, (Except my 6 fold is now ****ed.) anythings better than a QPR win
DennisNedry Posted 1 February 2014 Posted 1 February 2014 Draw is a good result, although would rather have had Burnley hold on to it at 3-2. Much prefer Burnley to come 2nd than QPR.
Rincewind Posted 1 February 2014 Posted 1 February 2014 We just have to win one more game than the 3rd club. Or gain one more point. Or taking the remaining games drop one fewer point. So in summary it is in our own hands and sod the others.
LMlcfc Posted 1 February 2014 Posted 1 February 2014 3-3 draw for burnley/qpr, 3 points for foxes will send us flying comeon!!!!!
Beliall Posted 1 February 2014 Posted 1 February 2014 i didnt know shaun dyche was baron von greenback!
Babylon Posted 1 February 2014 Posted 1 February 2014 If we win today.. will be 10 points ahead of 2nd... fvcking TEN!!! That's mental. Come on city!!!!!
Captain... Posted 1 February 2014 Posted 1 February 2014 Ideal result for me, shakey defences exposed, neither team pick up the three points, only downside is two of Harry's dodgy dealings have got off to a goal scoring start. If we win we increase the gap over second and third, everyone is happy, if we win.
Unabomber Posted 1 February 2014 Posted 1 February 2014 Also this result should encourage others to go at both teams when they play them.
Babylon Posted 1 February 2014 Posted 1 February 2014 You were saying Babs? Burnley don't look gone to me? A win later would now be grand. Did they win? Won only three of the last 8, and a win for us makes us 13 ahead.
Finnaldo Posted 1 February 2014 Posted 1 February 2014 Hopefully the boys can take some motivation from this result to drive further forward. We've got a tough game with Forest away coming up so a big 3 points here could really make the difference!
MC Prussian Posted 1 February 2014 Posted 1 February 2014 Just the result we needed. Surely, this must fire up our boys today. Can't wait for the Football League Show.
TJB-fox Posted 1 February 2014 Posted 1 February 2014 Hopefully this result works as an incentive to our boys, rather than a 'oh dont worry qpr cocked up we don't need to win' kind of mentality. Possibility that they might not get told the result though
Guybino Posted 1 February 2014 Posted 1 February 2014 QPR's complacency and arrogance on the ball was almost their downfall today. Lazy closing down from hoilett and Essu Akoto failing at some flair then claiming injury. I found myself cheering Burnley on!!! good game.
Deucalion Posted 1 February 2014 Author Posted 1 February 2014 The fact is, which has only become fully apparent with hindsight, all possible outcomes from this game were good. It was just degrees of good.
