Absolutely superb, you know a butcher is decent when he often has a queue even in a small village.

He made sure he sold it onto someone he knew was good. tuffy was really good but i think new butcher scott has made it better i struggle to find a better butcher

Tuff actually he's my uncle I would have he was the best butcher until he retired a couple of years ago now I'd say Gamble and Hollis in Syston, their Gloucester sausages are the best I've ever had.
