QPR trying to buy their way out of the league!

???  Why on earth would it annoy me that QPR are splashing the cash and STILL making a complete hash of things!

Let them keep spending. Twitchy Redknapp has no idea to put a championship squad together.   Pearson is showing him how its done!

If QPR go up, you will be proved wrong about 'Arry.

He can only fail this season, promotion ought to be exceptionally easy with that amount of cash and shouldn't be congratulated.

If he really is that good why aren't QPR in the clear right now?

If we go up, I'd love us to go up with Burnley - they're a very good side and I rate Dyche, he was unlucky to lose his job at Watford and had done a great job of building a good young team - the opposite to QPR.

Yeah, I'm very impressed with how they run their club. They have players that play as a team, a lot like us. They have done a great job. I really hope they get second spot. I'd love it too, if a team like Ipswich nicked a play off spot and then went on to won the play offs, leaving QPR and Forest another year of paying shed loads out. There are way too many big spenders in the Championship. Its not going to end well for some of them, because they can't all go up.

Having said all this I still think they'll be in the top two! As long as Forest **** it up - that's the most important thing for me.

Absolutely! Who really gives a toss about QPR anyway? As long as we go up and Forest don't. That'll do nicely.

I've come to have respect this season though, for Burnley. They've built a team, haven't spent much and defied the odds. I'd like them to have a shot at the big time again.

lol!

Are you earning decent (but not big money) as a professional footballer?

Got very few, if any, international caps between you?

Injury prone...particularly being susceptible to hardly ever being able to get fit?

Wanting to be played out of position, in fact not really know where you're going to be playing?

Praised by the home fans as 'the striker thats going to shoot us to the Prem', or 'Captain Marvel' even before they've seen you play much.?

If so.... come and join Sven's revolution.

We promise to:

Give you a massive signing on fee....

Quadruple your wages....

Promise you first team football however badly you are playing...

Bamboozle you with strange tactical formations....

Following this, we assure to sack your manager, leave you to stew in the reserves, and then sell you to another Championship club (for another transfer fee) who will just avoid relegation.

Sven's Leicester... go on, you know it makes sense...

I'd hate for this bloke to be our manager, we'd have never ending transfer speculation about has-beens and virtually every over-30 player who has played for London clubs.

Give me Pearson and his younger player recruitment policy as well as his quiet media profile any day.

Indeed. If controlled, Ravel Morrison could be a shrewd signing. But Parker? Fook sake! They really are becoming riduculous..

Some of the stuff written here is way wide of the mark.

In truth Redknapp has used his knowledge of the Spurs squad to plunder their rejects in an attempt to get them up.

In fact many of the players that have been mentioned here were signed by the club before Redknapp became the Manager.... SWP, Green etc.

I wouldn't be too quick to slag off what he has done there either. There was a massive attitude problem within the squad that Mark Hughes assembled and I actually think he's done OK at turning that around without making massive changes. I'd go as far as to say without him there they might well have struggled again this term, as a lot of the players there obviously see The Championship as below them, and it cant be easy building a positive team ethic and togetherness when some players flatly refuse to take any responsibility for the club's relegation and refuse to give their best.

Yes Redknapp has a cockney accent, so do I because of where I spent most of the youth growing up, and OK he likes a 'drink', but for me they will be the other club in the top two spots come the end of the season and he will have done well to turn it around.

Whoops... though you're right, you'll get slated for that....

They ARE looking ridiculous at present though. There's no emphasis on team building. Just a quick fix. Arry DOES seem desperate at present.

The thing is Col, that if they do go up, then 'Arry will have got it right, no matter how he has done it.

There's no point knocking them, unless the fail to gain promotion.

Like us, they will then have to bring in a few decent players.

As you know, I aint simply jumping on the 'Arry's a tit' bandwagon. But even if they do go up, I'm not gonna like how they've done it. Then again, you were a big fan of Sven if I recollect so I don't know why I'm even bothering replying to you.

QPR's record against the six other sides in the top 7 is dreadful.

6 points from 9 games and they've only beaten a Derby side that hadn't got going under McClaren.

Still got to go to Brighton and us as well as hosting Forest.

Looking at their line up today, Redknapp signed Dunne, Assou-Ekotto, Kranjcar, Keane, Doyle and Hughes. If he was fit Austin would've played. He also has Clint Hill who is seen as this great warrior at Championship level. Benayoun is a quality player, as is Hoilett.

The bloke took over a lot of egos and difficult personalties and been given a lot of resources. I think his chairman could ask why they are four points off the top two, 11 behind the leaders and have scored 37 goals in 30 games. He has no excuses if they don't go up, resources any manager would want and a supposedly amazing man management reputation to get the best out of all types of players.

I can see why some people try to defend Arry but claiming he has done a "good job" at QPR is beyond belief given his resources.
