FoxG2 Posted 19 February 2014 Posted 19 February 2014 Assuming we go up and Burney fail get get automatic promotion, who would you prefer to go up with us Out of, Derby QPR Forest
Bert Posted 19 February 2014 Posted 19 February 2014 Would like us to be certain of promotion first before discussing others credentials.
One Legged Beaver Posted 19 February 2014 Posted 19 February 2014 Out of those three probably Derby, an easy six points next season! Hopefully Reading or Burnley will get the place though.
Mark 'expert' Lawrenson Posted 19 February 2014 Posted 19 February 2014 Wigan in the play offs and burnley straight up with us, defo do not want either QPR or Forest to go up.
Bayfox Posted 19 February 2014 Posted 19 February 2014 Derby for the 6 points. Ipswich for my annual trip to essex and then back over the border to suffolk.
Fox92 Posted 19 February 2014 Posted 19 February 2014 Wigan for the play offs, should they make it. Very well run club and I quite like them.
Mark_from_USA Posted 19 February 2014 Posted 19 February 2014 1) Leicester 2) What team was that? 3) Some scrub team In that order.
Native Fox Posted 19 February 2014 Posted 19 February 2014 Why Reading? They're a souless club and have had their chances in recent years. They're a Championship club. I am perplexed that Burnley are still in contention and haven't fallen away, so credit to them. In one respect I want all three East Midlands clubs to go up as Premiership clashes would be good fun. I also don't want them to steal our thunder. Then again, if we all go up and only we stay up, that'd be equally as pleasing.
Vossen Posted 19 February 2014 Posted 19 February 2014 City Forest Derby fantastic for the east Midlands & brings the bucks into our area...
MPH Posted 19 February 2014 Posted 19 February 2014 City Forest Derby fantastic for the east Midlands & brings the bucks into our area... Agree with this. Would love to see all 3 east midlands teams promoted. Would make it more interesting.
lcfc1994 Posted 19 February 2014 Posted 19 February 2014 It's really hard to choose who else to have promoted as the teams currently in the top 6 don't interest me as much as having either Ipswich, Wigan or Brighton up there. Don't want derby or forest to come up with us because it would be nice to have the spotlight on us as the best team in the east midlands! Then derby and forest to come up the season after to try and contest the mighty foxes!
Kitchandro Posted 19 February 2014 Posted 19 February 2014 Agree with this. Would love to see all 3 east midlands teams promoted. Would make it more interesting. It would make it more gay. Forest and Derby bumming each other, the media bumming Forest and Derby. Fvck em
bluesbrothers Posted 19 February 2014 Posted 19 February 2014 Derby 2nd behind us, and Wigan to beat F*rest in the playoff final is the dream scenario. Then Forest crash and burn as their better players move and they end up shackled by FFP, as do QPR.We then join forces with Derby to laugh endlessly at "Massive" Forest officially being the worst club in the East Midlands, while pundits nationwide despair at the notion of their beloved Trees and Leeds not ending up "where they belong" for another season, and instead having to live with a Wigan side they had been urging to get the hell out of the "big boys" league for a good decade being straight back up there after one year away.Between us, the three of our clubs could essentially troll everything the media scrum stand for. Edit - Oh, and if us three manage to stay up, then Reading, Burnley and one of either Boro or Huddersfield go up the year after to further annoy the idiots who think a club's image and/or past acheivements count for anything. Though given the recent media circlejerk over Sean Dyche's management, I'd happily take Burnley out of that equation if it carries on.
bluesbrothers Posted 19 February 2014 Posted 19 February 2014 Join forces with Derby? Ugh. Oh no, I don't mean any sort of alliance. I just mean collectively taking the piss out of Forest, of course.
Guest MattP Posted 19 February 2014 Posted 19 February 2014 Burnley then Derby. After what QPR have continued to allow their manager to do they deserve bankruptcy.
KFS Posted 19 February 2014 Posted 19 February 2014 Oh no, I don't mean any sort of alliance. I just mean collectively taking the piss out of Forest, of course. LDA LDA LDA
Buzzell Posted 19 February 2014 Posted 19 February 2014 I'm not bothered who goes up tbf, aslong as we do, that's all that matters.
