2013/2014 Season DVD

Was just wondering if the club will release one this year.

Was last seasons run in and finale part of the reason they didn't do one?

I doubt if I could've watched it to the end..we all know how it ended and it wasn't pretty..so to speak.

If we go up..(yes..I'm one of the..promoted when I see the P next to Leicester City..a C would be nice too)..I think they'd be fools not to make one this year.

Personally I'd love to watch this seasons matches again and again for many reasons..obviously the results and the records that were made are a factor..I'd also like to look back at individual performances of all the team..because to be honest..this seasons performance has been beyond outstanding..and has secretly shocked some believers and doubters.

Would anyone else buy one?

We love you Leicester..We do.

If we win the League it should be made into a HOLLYWOOD BLOCKBUSTER MOVIE

 

players to be played by

 

Dyer = Denzel Washington

Vardy = Justin Timberlake

Nugent = Leo di Caprio

Morgan = The Rock

Was = Vinnie Jones

Knockaert = Batman

 

There would be special mention of the forest team aswel

 

Reid = Robbie Coltrane (nice fat reference haha)

Lansbury = Tinkerbell

Hobbs = PeeWee Herman

Cox = Barbie

Derbyshire = The zombie from wreck it ralph

 

If anybody else wants to join in this and list some other actors/actresses go for it

 

Back to OP i would buy the DVD, wrap it up and give it to myself as a present :)

I was going to raise this question also. 

 

They said they didn't make one last season due to sale figures from previous seasons, but realistically who would want to watch a season review in which we finish mid table? Unless you collect them obviously. 

 

Hopefully they make a double edition like they did in the season we got relegated and then won league one.Although this one will feature the goals from last season & then a season review of this one.  

 

If this happens ^^^ i would love to see a picture of knockaert crying at Watford on one half of the front cover and him holding the trophy on the other side with a strap line along the lines of 'so close yet so far'  :thumbup:

I think the reason there wasn't one last season was because it wasn't all recorded in HD so it wouldn't have been of great quality.

They could have recorded the whole season in 4K and the final third "wouldn't have been of great quality" anyway.

I thought I saw somewhere the reason they didn't release a season review DVD was because of the increasing popularity in using the internet. All our highlights are on YouTube and come the end of the season they could easily make a season review and just stick it on there.

Yeh we'll have one. I'll probably buy it, even though I'm sure it will be a shoddy, rushed production with crap commentary, too many interviews and not enough groovy 90s music.

 

I've been taping tv highlights of every match all season, so I make my own really.

I'd buy it for my collection. Bit gutted there wasn't one last season, I know we had a poor spell but games against Forest, Huddersfield, Ipswich etc were still good. Hope they release one this season, and they should if we go up.

I was a bit gutted last season too, I hope they include the goals from the 12/13 season on the new dvd as they did when we won League 1 (If we win the league :ph34r: )

who remembers the 93/94 season promotion video produced by visionsport - would love to get a copy on DVD.

Julian Joachim was blisteringly fast and scored some great goals along with David Speedie, iwan Roberts and our Wembley hero Steve Walsh.

So my age old DVD player just died and has took my 2013/2104 review DVD with it. MASSIVE deep scratch all the way round.

If any one has a copy they no longer want, or if you know of somewhere/someone else who has a copy, and would be willing to sell it please let me know?
