Guest Bilo Posted 15 March 2014 Posted 15 March 2014 A great finish, but Drinkwater's equaliser against Watford will push it close. Both were stunning strikes, and totally vital to boot.
southfox66 Posted 15 March 2014 Author Posted 15 March 2014 The way it was scored, the build up, the finish and got us back in game. It has to be a strong contender..
The Horse's Mouth Posted 15 March 2014 Posted 15 March 2014 Goal of the season is a bit much, probably our goal of the season though.
An Away Move Posted 15 March 2014 Posted 15 March 2014 No. Not 'Mahrez Goal?'. It's Mahrez GOALLLLLLLLLL !!!!!!!!!!!! ****in' amazing! Today felt like promotion came. NP giving, who I presume was the owner's wife, what looked like celebratory kisses to me. A great time to be a Leicester fan
bluesbrothers Posted 15 March 2014 Posted 15 March 2014 Sorry, but Drinky's is still far-and-away the better goal, for it's timing, overall importance (would argue otherwise if we'd won 2-1) and arguably better technique given the flight of the ball.
STUHILL Posted 15 March 2014 Posted 15 March 2014 No. Not 'Mahrez Goal?'. It's Mahrez GOALLLLLLLLLL !!!!!!!!!!!! ****in' amazing! Today felt like promotion came. A great time to be a Leicester fan I thought NP was very friendly with his Mrs....... that could be our only downfall this season! Pearson be careful

NewburyFox Posted 15 March 2014 Posted 15 March 2014 King's at Blackpool is still the best for me. Superb technique on his weaker foot, although Mahrez's today runs it close.
Sampson Posted 15 March 2014 Posted 15 March 2014 As much as the finish, it was the way he completely sold the defender beforehand which made it.
kingfox Posted 15 March 2014 Posted 15 March 2014 Mahrez had to do more work than Drinkwater did against Watford, Drinky's goal that day was a sweet hit that happened to fly into the net. Mahrez was quite far away from goal on the right side, had to beat two players skinned both, then unleashed a rocket. For me one of the best goals this season in the Championship.
lcfcsnow Posted 15 March 2014 Posted 15 March 2014 With his 'weak' foot. It wasn't, he plays on the right but is left footed. The pass to Vardy, his goal and cross were all on his left.
Guest kristianity77 Posted 15 March 2014 Posted 15 March 2014 Mahrez goal was superb. You cant see how good it was unless you watched the stream and saw it from the angle behind the goal. He hit it and it was curling away from goal but still ended up in the top left corner. Its a lot better than Drinkwaters effort.
Stadt Posted 15 March 2014 Posted 15 March 2014 Good with both feet, puts decent crosses in with his left and right.
????? Posted 15 March 2014 Posted 15 March 2014 It wasn't, he plays on the right but is left footed. The pass to Vardy, his goal and cross were all on his left. I'm almost certain his right is his strongest but he is obviously very good with both. Think he took the free kick with his right.
shade Posted 15 March 2014 Posted 15 March 2014 I'm almost certain his right is his strongest but he is obviously very good with both. Think he took the free kick with his right. sure he's left footed.
Leicester Lass Posted 15 March 2014 Posted 15 March 2014 I'm almost certain his right is his strongest but he is obviously very good with both. Think he took the free kick with his right. He's definitely left footed.
Finnegan Posted 15 March 2014 Posted 15 March 2014 He's left footed but I don't think we've had a player that two footed in a while.
Babylon Posted 15 March 2014 Posted 15 March 2014 He's growing in confidence, quality and influence every game. Fantastic strike, but not just that he plays some of the most brilliant through balls I've seen for some time.
