Deucalion Posted 23 March 2014 Posted 23 March 2014 While Yeovil are a battling side and have recorded some decent results, I would think we would beat them. Then on to a massive game against Burnley. Wigan will be a tough game but our toughest clearly must be our pursuers in second place. I don't think we will win it but I would like to think we could avoid defeat. Then, we would be on 19 games unbeaten. When we set the record of 23 unbeaten games in League One, I thought it was such a monumental achievement and set in a league below that which we normally play, that it was very unlikely I would see it broken. Therefore, it's pretty amazing to think that, all being well, this time next week we could be 3 games away from breaking it.
Fox92 Posted 23 March 2014 Posted 23 March 2014 Our current run is excellent. Yeah I'd love to further it, even to the end of the season, but when you sit back and think we have avoided defeat in 18 games it's very impressive.
foxes_rule1978 Posted 23 March 2014 Posted 23 March 2014 I don't know why people are doubting we can even beat Burnley we have taken 45 from a possible 51 in the last 17... I think we will win against Yeovil and Burnley next week....
Heart-Shaped Fox Posted 23 March 2014 Posted 23 March 2014 Burnley honestly could go anyway for me. we could turn up and get a battling 1-0 win or be unstoppable and score a couple. Or we could turn up, be lazy and foolish in defence and concede two or three. Honestly dont know what to think

Spudulike Posted 23 March 2014 Posted 23 March 2014 Don't under estimate Yeovil. They very nearly beat Wigan away last week. They have nothing to lose and will go for it. Complacency is the danger. The proverbial banana skin could be close.
Bert Posted 23 March 2014 Posted 23 March 2014 If Yeovil "go for it" we will stick 5 past them and I'm not normally someone to say something like this.
FoxTrott Posted 23 March 2014 Posted 23 March 2014 Have to agree with Bert here, the gulf in quality is too much. They'll play to score on the break, they don't have the calibre of player to play us at our own game.

Well Yeovil have been the only side to take a point off Wigan in their last 10 games, so we shouldn't take them lightly.

Hungry Hungry Fox Posted 23 March 2014 Posted 23 March 2014 I hope Yeovil come and have a go, if they do I can see it being 4-0 or more
veezeeblue Posted 24 March 2014 Posted 24 March 2014 We can beat anybody, we should beat Wurzel, we could beat Burnley but a draw is a good bet, Wigan are the in form team right now so i would be happy to stay unbeaten with 5 pts from these 3. Have to say though a victory over Burnley would seal our season as champions cus if we did beat them the there is no way we will lose that momentum anymore afterwards. It´s our year ,,, Champions ! ... defeat at Burnley would leave the title wide open though
LanguedocFox Posted 24 March 2014 Posted 24 March 2014 Another three wins (from ten) and we beat the League One record of 27 wins in a season
Narborough_fox Posted 24 March 2014 Posted 24 March 2014 IF we avoid defeat against Yeovil then we will set our longest ever unbeaten run in the top two teirs...
Hollism Posted 25 March 2014 Posted 25 March 2014 Just realised we have scored in every game since November 9th! Not a bad run on that front either. We're also 2 wins away from equalling the record of most wins in a season, and 15 points away from most points in a season. Both were set in League One
LCCFox96 Posted 25 March 2014 Posted 25 March 2014 Yeovil are a potential banana skin. Let's put that game to bed first then worry about Burnley.
Istilllovefilbert Posted 25 March 2014 Posted 25 March 2014 Every team in the championship is a potential banana skin, but there is a fifty, yes, FIFTY points difference between us and we are at home. If we don't win this I will walk through the streets of Leicester naked with a kick me sign on my ass. Now I'm worried
