Guest Posted 16 April 2014 Posted 16 April 2014 Borini on loan? Ki seems a decent player too to be fair. You don't watch much football do you?
Number 6 Posted 16 April 2014 Posted 16 April 2014 You don't watch much football do you? Says someone who suggested Wes Brown.
MC Prussian Posted 16 April 2014 Posted 16 April 2014 Says someone who suggested Wes Brown. Brown will turn 35 later this year - I wonder whether he'll last another season in the top flight. I'd rather we search elsewhere.
ronnup Posted 16 April 2014 Posted 16 April 2014 Why? Hard working skillful attacking player who's not wanted by his club. Bags of potential and probably available for 4-5 million. I'd say he'll be on the radar of all the promoted clubs.
XLM Posted 17 April 2014 Posted 17 April 2014 Jack Rodwell on loan perhaps? Let's be honest by the looks of things Pellegrini would rather stick Dimichelis in defensive mid than play Rodwell. Mark Albrighton Dikgacoi Etherington Jack Colback Chris Brunt Ricardo Vaz Te All of the above listed are out of contract this summer
Stadt Posted 17 April 2014 Posted 17 April 2014 Ethrington's past it. We'll be raiding France and Germany in my opinion.
Father Ted Posted 17 April 2014 Posted 17 April 2014 Not sure if anybody has mentioned him yet but Connor Wickham? Still only 21 and with Sunderland's likely relegation, perhaps we could nab him fairly cheaply.
LCCFox96 Posted 17 April 2014 Posted 17 April 2014 I'd love to see Adam Johnson down at the KP. I know we'd have to dig deep to find the wage money and the fee would probably be around £5mil but I've always rated him highly. Hard working, good for a goal, assists and a constant threat. His international caps prove he has real quality. A real statement if we go for him. Not sure if anybody has mentioned him yet but Connor Wickham? Still only 21 and with Sunderland's likely relegation, perhaps we could nab him fairly cheaply. Shout. He's caused us big problems every time we play against him. With some game time in the premiership he could be come a real talent (proved that last night with his brace vs Man City)
wardyfox86 Posted 17 April 2014 Posted 17 April 2014 Not sure if anybody has mentioned him yet but Connor Wickham? Still only 21 and with Sunderland's likely relegation, perhaps we could nab him fairly cheaply. Looked fantastic last night? What about Taylor from Swansea? He's been out injured, but beforehand played in a side playing good football so would fit in.
Sharpe's Fox Posted 18 April 2014 Posted 18 April 2014 Not sure if anybody has mentioned him yet but Connor Wickham? Still only 21 and with Sunderland's likely relegation, perhaps we could nab him fairly cheaply. Sunderland will go down and use him in their promotion charge next season I would have thought, much like Newcastle with Andy Carroll.

LCCFox96 Posted 18 April 2014 Posted 18 April 2014 Scott Parker- Fulham Benoit Assou-Ekoto- Tottenham Hotspur These two would be expensive mistakes imo. Big wages, well past it and wavering attitudes. These are completely against Pearson's ethos and we can do better
