AndWhat? Posted 5 April 2014 Posted 5 April 2014 Only 2 I haven't been to yet, Everton and Arsenal. As well as, Spurs, Liverpool, United, Newcastle, Palace, Chelsea, West Ham and Villa.
Guest Col city fan Posted 5 April 2014 Posted 5 April 2014 For those who want to go to most away games, its gonna cost you a small fortune. Entrance, food, fuel etc.. I'll aim at the grounds I've not yet been to, but there's not too many of em. To put it into some sort of perspective, me and a couple of mates did every game, including all pre season when we were in the Prem under MON and I'm sure it cost us nearly a couple of grand THEN.
Fox92 Posted 5 April 2014 Posted 5 April 2014 Main priority is Liverpool - Been once, love it, waited all this time (11 years) to get again. My favourite away ground. Manchester United - Again, haven't been in 8 years (watched England there is '05) Everton/Spurs - Never been to either and always wanted to get to these two in particular.
ScouseFox Posted 5 April 2014 Posted 5 April 2014 Will probably continue to just do aways round here. So Liverpool an Everton definitely if tickets are available, United, City and the likes of Villa/WBA are only an hour or so on a cheap train. My usual regime is to not spend more than 40 quid on tickets and travel but that might go out the window for one or two. Although I don't have to pay any travel to Anfield an Goodison
Leicester1884Filbert Posted 5 April 2014 Posted 5 April 2014 Arsenal are charging West Ham fans £35 for the game next week.
CPW22 Posted 5 April 2014 Posted 5 April 2014 Everton away given the whole of my girlfriends family support them. Spurs away, if they are moving stadium I would like to do this while we have the chance. Norwich as I live next to the ground. And as many of the other London games as I can make.
KentyLCFC Posted 5 April 2014 Posted 5 April 2014 Definatly be going stoke, villa and west brom. Anything else not to sure to be fair. would like to go to a few london clubs!!
Raj Posted 5 April 2014 Posted 5 April 2014 reckon non st holders will struggle for away tickets especially the big ones
promised land Posted 5 April 2014 Posted 5 April 2014 Arsenal are charging West Ham fans £35 for the game next week. At a guess we will be the lowest cat ticket prices for most if not all away grounds, that sounds about right considering Championship ticket prices. For me I think going to the lower Prem sides draws more than doing the big 4 or 5 as we'd have more of a chance of getting something out of those games.
maynefox Posted 5 April 2014 Posted 5 April 2014 Being a student in Norwich I will possibly try to make nearly all the London games if I can ... then maybe one at Christmas/Easter when I am back in Leicester
ousefox Posted 5 April 2014 Posted 5 April 2014 Liverpool, Arsenal and United are top of my list. Will do Newcastle and hopefully Sunderland if they stay up, and there aren't too many games that will be difficult to get too for me depending on when they're played
Agent Fox Posted 5 April 2014 Posted 5 April 2014 Everton - Proper ground. Aston Villa - Proper ground. Man Utd - You have to don't you. Liverpool - Proper ground. Tottenham - Proper ground.
StanSP Posted 5 April 2014 Posted 5 April 2014 I'm staying well clear of Arsenal. People can't claim they are against modern football and then rock up at the Emirates paying £70 for the privilege. Well the other week it was only £27 for Swansea fans...
fuchsntf Posted 5 April 2014 Posted 5 April 2014 Mainz and Dortmund..... If I still have enough of the lottery money..Liverpool W.Ham.Spurs.cos away fans are welcome.Swansea cos its like being in a foreign country doing a dirty weekend. Stoke n Aston villa, help our needy neighbours.Burnley and Wigan to see if they can also hold their own. If not ,then the money I save would help to buy a young up n coming player for city, and buy NP a beer.
