He has always played well for Leicester.

Guessing from the comments on this forum that the majority aren't old enough to have seen him at the KP.

Who, Cleverley?

He played for us in 2009, it was hardly pre-war.

And my recollection of him was that he didn't look special in League One - I'd be interested to know is Stuliasz/Sheffield still has ratings from that season because I really don't think he was a standout performer for us.

A quick search reveals he was voted our 13th best player that season.

Drinkwater is better than Cleverly. United got rid of Drinky (thankfully) instead of getting rid of Cleverly.

Based on what? 1 full season in the championship?? I love danny, but have a word. I don't doubt he could be, but he hasn't played at the highest level yet

The other striker is Waris must mean at least one striker is the on the way out GTF or Wood?

Wolves have got rid of O'Hara and Doumbia.....suggests readying the wage bill for Wood.

Wood stated that he wanted to stay at Leicester a couple of weeks ago and fight for his place.

He'll need to show a lot more skill and desire than he did against a League 2 side on Tuesday if he wants to get anywhere near the starting XI

I think a lot of the squad will need to show more quality than on Tuesday night..  A bit unfair to single out Wood.

I'm not singling out Wood, more quoting that he wants to stay and fight for his place. I'm suggesting if he plays like he did on Tuesday, he'll have a long wait. I'm not disputing the team display was awful, but I'd expect more from a player who wants to prove he's better than our current starters upfront.
