I think his pace will still be devastating in the Premier League. His pace will he will still get away just a little less often. Like I said was not having a dig at you. You was a lot more balanced than some have been.

At one point we can probably all say that was looking unlikely but I certainly think it I possible. But also he needed a season to settle in the championship he may need that again but we can't give him every game if he does. You may get one or two snippets Bert but you don't know every thing about the club. 1 get off my back 2 don't delete this post as you normally do when taken to task 3 you are supposed to be a MOD and should set a better example than attacking a point some one has made. You may have a point of view like we all have but being a mod and getting a little info don't make you right.

Grewks Posted 26 June 2014 Posted 26 June 2014 Of course Vardy is going to need time to settle in the prem, so will all of our players. Vardy needed 12 months to get to top end championship level, but so did drinkwater which many seem to forget. For me the signing of Campbell is very astute. It will allow us to play with a 'pest' for 90 minutes. Last year when vardy got tired we had either wood, gtf or superkev to replace him, this time we will have a much younger and fitter player in campbell who is more suited to the role than Wood. I think people will underestimate how much space we will get next year, we will certainly get more than the season just gone. Campbell has done well for a poor cardiff side this year, he has been their main striker all year and hasn't really had a break. At least with vardy and hopefully a more physical 'Drogbaesque' striker Campbell with have more help. We may also see him play outwide, of course we have mahrez, albrighton and knocky who could play there, but i seriously think the premier league will be a step too far for knockaert. Mahrez and albrighton are both quicker and have more technical ability, lets just hope i am wrong.

What I am saying is he may need time and time we may not be able to give him like we did the other year. I do not doubt for one minute his work rate will be any less than 100% just whether he will get the goals. And as a striker he is got to bag a few. Also for all we know NP could be after Tavez lol

And I do not have a problem with that. It's the whatever you think end of attitude thats the problem. Not the fact he has an opinion. If what WalesOnline said is true, we may well hear something today or over the weekend mate. A lot of our news this close season has been broken mid afternoon to early evening, so perhaps we may hear something later today. Can't imagine either side wanting this to get dragged out too much longer, and it seems he is keen to join us despite late 'interest' from Palace so I'm quietly confident he will join soon.
