I just wish we'd put this to bed now and confirm the transfer.

Grey Fox Posted 13 June 2014 Posted 13 June 2014 Pearson did say on the moan in that the final step of any transfer was him talking to the player himself. If Pearson was on holiday until this weekend then that would explain the delay. If that is all true then it should be completed in a few days now. As long as Pearson likes him of course.

Lineker's Left Foot Posted 14 June 2014 Posted 14 June 2014 Did he play under Pearson at Hull ? I know he was there before when hull went up on play offs No mate played under Phil Brown but bet NP knows him well
Webbo Posted 14 June 2014 Posted 14 June 2014 As others have pointed out already, doesn't add anything to what we know already. I just wish we'd put this to bed now and confirm the transfer. It said Pearson was back off his holidays so we could now see some progress on our targets.
HoustonFox Posted 15 June 2014 Posted 15 June 2014 It said Pearson was back off his holidays so we could now see some progress on our targets. Thank God. This lack of football is getting to me...
Steve_Guppy_Left_Foot Posted 15 June 2014 Posted 15 June 2014 This seems to be dragging on a bit. Really like him, £800k is obviously a bargain, him and Vardy would frighten defenses to death, at the very least for that price he'd be a top squad player and represents fantastic value (depending on wages). Sign him up.

Sign him up. Pearson has been away until very recently, and it's well known that he likes to talk to the player personally before any contract is agreed upon. And since he's been back, it's been the weekend, and as it's still early in the close season there's no reason for them to work over the weekends to rush a deal through. Particularly when it's reportedly all but finalised anyway. Can see this being confirmed Tuesday, if not tomorrow.
surrifox Posted 16 June 2014 Posted 16 June 2014 It said Pearson was back off his holidays so we could now see some progress on our targets. I wonder if he was back in time to sign Futacs' "good luck in your new job" card
sylofox Posted 16 June 2014 Posted 16 June 2014 I wonder if he was back in time to sign Futacs' "good luck in your new job" card Hope he was. Or big fight at the club as Robinson lets Futac's walk. We then find out he is a big part of NP's plans for the coming season lol
ROB-THE-BLUE Posted 16 June 2014 Posted 16 June 2014 Not sure if he's been suggested already but Victor Moses? Wasn't getting much game time at Liverpool and can't see him getting back into the Chelsea team either
steveherbe Posted 16 June 2014 Posted 16 June 2014 Not sure if he's been suggested already but Victor Moses? Wasn't getting much game time at Liverpool and can't see him getting back into the Chelsea team either Have you just watched the nigeria game? Victor moses, I'd rather we put in a £5M bid for Lloyd Dyer! Moses is garbage, thats why he gets nowhere near liverpools first team.
