Devonfox1884 Posted 5 June 2014 Posted 5 June 2014 Yep, I'll be bloody glad Agreed. I like maths as a subject, just can't wait for the end of the exams! You got a maths on monday aswell??
Grandad. Posted 6 June 2014 Author Posted 6 June 2014 Exactly the same for me, your's isn't maths by any chance is it?! Yep, I'll be bloody glad Agreed. I like maths as a subject, just can't wait for the end of the exams! You got a maths on monday aswell?? Seriously? In a thread about where you're watching England and your plans you pair are discussing maths? **** off, i'm done.

Alexikokopops Posted 6 June 2014 Posted 6 June 2014 Already mentioned in another thread, but It's a Finnish friend's stag do! 25 men, booze, and probably saunas and birch branches knowing the Fins. Reflecting on it now it's going to be the most homoerotic weekend of my life (and that's saying something). If we get through to the second round I'm missing it because Glastonbury aren't sticking the bloody football on. WHAT A HORROR SHOW. Complete and utter salad. We're spending it on an island with no running water or electricity. Flying out on Thursday too, the night it all kicks off. Bloody Fins
Stadt Posted 6 June 2014 Posted 6 June 2014 Seriously? In a thread about where you're watching England and your plans you pair are discussing maths? **** off, i'm done. Sorry.
fox123 Posted 7 June 2014 Posted 7 June 2014 Family day at the thrilling Stoney Stanton carnival which will probably end up with me being on an all dayer in The Blue Bell in Stanton.

Nationwider Posted 10 June 2014 Posted 10 June 2014 The Gods have decreed that I will be heading south back to the Mother County on 14 June. I'll make this as plain as it is horrific-sounding - I may need to watch the Italy game in a pub in Loughborough. I used to know Loughborough quite well. The fact that it was a hellhole never mattered when I was a yoof. Now I'm slightly dreading it. Can anyone recommend any likely World Cup pubs for me in the Luff? I used to watch games in the Barley Mow and the Griffin (and possibly the Blacksmiths, which was always my favourite pub) but I assume everything's changed and their all Costas and Phones4U now? Any good recommendations?

Three Crowns in Barrow has 4 screens, good atmosphere and cheap beer.
lc4lcfc Posted 10 June 2014 Posted 10 June 2014 Unfortunately I'll be working 10 hours on Saturday and Sunday. Fortunately I finish at 10 Saturday night so I'll be able to go home put a pizza in the oven and crack open a j2o (yes I'm on the hard stuff haha) in time for the game on the downside I have to be back in work by 7am
Heart-Shaped Fox Posted 10 June 2014 Posted 10 June 2014 Having a mate round. Gonnas chill and play fifa before then watch game at 11pm
Alexikokopops Posted 11 June 2014 Posted 11 June 2014 Typical minty old Fins. N.B. The mintiest in Europe I've heard. foxer Posted 11 June 2014 Posted 11 June 2014 Me and 13 mates will arrive in Eindhoven at 5 pm. We'll be dressed as Dutch footballers from the last 30 years (i'm going as Ronald Spelbos) and we'll be hitting any bar that will have us. Get fairly smashed, watch the game, get more smashed and then head back on the 9am flight, Sunday morning. No idea why we're doing this but it should be a laugh.
Lamby Posted 11 June 2014 Posted 11 June 2014 For some reason I'm stuck on an earlier shift at work so I finish at 8pm, plenty of time to get home and watch it
Voll Blau Posted 15 June 2014 Posted 15 June 2014 Am I the only one who doesn't really remember the game?
ScouseFox Posted 15 June 2014 Posted 15 June 2014 I remember sterling scoring after like 3 minutes then not a lot else then woke up five minutes ago and found out he didn't even score
Samilktray Posted 15 June 2014 Posted 15 June 2014 Somebody let flares and smoke bombs off in the pub I was in last night. Not that I remember it
Ric Flair Posted 16 June 2014 Posted 16 June 2014 Ended up in my mates pond before the game, that's the sort of nick I was in. Pits of a gig.
Miquel The Work Geordie Posted 16 June 2014 Posted 16 June 2014 I'm still shitting out Saturday, too humid for hangovers.
