Grandad. Posted 4 June 2014 Posted 4 June 2014 What are everyone's plans for a week on Saturday then? I'm working till 5, then a quick shower and what not before heading out to a pregame karaoke, disco, bbq party at the pub and get absolutely hammered there! Praying the weather is good, it could be one of the best days ever watching England with the right result.
kingcarr21 Posted 4 June 2014 Posted 4 June 2014 in the day im going Alton Towers for a friends birthday then go down the local in the evening for beers and footy.
Fox92 Posted 4 June 2014 Posted 4 June 2014 Relaxing at home. Enjoying the greatest Sporting competition the World has ever seen. Watching the Worlds greatest players. That's my plan from June 12th - July 13th. Can't wait! World Cup yeah!
Maybes Posted 4 June 2014 Posted 4 June 2014 On a stag doo in Magaluf. This game will be carnage. Midnight kick off. BEER ME.
Manwell Pablo Posted 4 June 2014 Posted 4 June 2014 I was pretty sure I was going town (I'm off all day) from about 8pm onwards but the more I think the more the thought of venturing into the bright lights of Ashby seems like a bad idea. There's normally a considerable amount of wankers pissed out their face when we play at a reasonable time never mind 11pm and pretty safe to say if we lost there will be fights.
The Year Of The Fox Posted 4 June 2014 Posted 4 June 2014 On a stag doo in Magaluf. This game will be carnage. Midnight kick off. BEER ME. Oh dear. Lydia my ex is out there same time as you Going my mates for a BBQ weather permitting then down Coalville for the match. Hopefully The Engine will have more staff on there than 2012, it was taking 25mins to get served. I don't want to get too trollied as its fathers day the next day. And yeh she probably would put out Rob

Freeman's Wharfer Posted 4 June 2014 Posted 4 June 2014 Wake up (no alarm), have a few beers, sun bathe on a beach in Fortaleza for a bit, have a few beers, go to the stadium to watch Uruguay vs Costa Rica, have a few beers, find a bar to watch England vs Italy. And then have a few more beers!
Tom17LCFC Posted 4 June 2014 Posted 4 June 2014 Got grad ball Friday night which will be a heavy session then planning to get up Saturday and get straight back on it, hair of the dog and all that. Can't wait.
Amin Posted 4 June 2014 Posted 4 June 2014 My arse is going to be permanently fixed in front of the TV and laptop. The opening weekend of the World Cup AND the 24 hours of Le Mans! I couldn't ask for more.
ousefox Posted 4 June 2014 Posted 4 June 2014 Finish exams on the Tuesday. Night out to celebrate. Come home from uni Thursday. Probably another night out to see everyone again. York races on the Friday. My Dad's bday on the Saturday. Might go to the races again depending on if he wants to do anything else. Get smashed then go to the pub for the game then out in town after. Going to be a hell of a week.
Jon the Hat Posted 4 June 2014 Posted 4 June 2014 Its my Birthday. Might have my Mum look after the kinds and take the wife out for some dinner. Then watch th match with a couple more drinks. Its nights like this that justify your lovely large HDTV.
James. Posted 4 June 2014 Posted 4 June 2014 Its my Birthday. Might have my Mum look after the kinds and take the wife out for some dinner. Then watch th match with a couple more drinks. Its nights like this that justify your lovely large HDTV. It's my birthday the next day, cracking time of year for a birthday isn't it. On the 14th I'll be celebrating my birthday at Lords with the England Sri Lanka Test Match. Then we're off for a post cricket curry followed by the match and a party back at our flat. What a bloody line up that is.
Stadt Posted 4 June 2014 Posted 4 June 2014 My last serious exam is on the 13th so I'll be bloody relieved.
Big_Nige Posted 4 June 2014 Posted 4 June 2014 A bunch of us will be going round my mates house, lot of beers and a nice big HD screen. Gave up on pubs after the riot in soar point 8 years ago after/during the Ecudor game. England games seems to bring out the 10 German bomber brigade and I just can't be bothered with that anymore.
Ric Flair Posted 4 June 2014 Posted 4 June 2014 It's a tricky one! Well it's not actually, it's just to strategically decide when to start swigging. I have been through several major tournaments since i've been old enough to drink and I hate it when you;re that steaming you don't remember the game. I'm absolutely buzzing for this World Cup and want to concentrate and watch the football, but I just can't help but get garried when England are on. Chances are i'll have my first ale about 10am and have 13 hours before kick-off so heaven help me. Hopefully i'll have passed out, had a decent kip and woke up in the evening ready to do it all again before kick off. WE'RE ON THE MARCH WITH ROY'S ARMY........
Lamby Posted 4 June 2014 Posted 4 June 2014 I'll be working, they should have 2 big screens on showing it though
Hirsty The Blue 94 Posted 4 June 2014 Posted 4 June 2014 Down in Devon with a group of 7 or 8 of my mates from Tuesday to Sunday next week. Will be heavily intoxicated in a bar near the beach hopefully.
MikeyT Posted 4 June 2014 Posted 4 June 2014 Me and the girlfriend fly out to Paris that day so probably gonna miss the game
Stadt Posted 4 June 2014 Posted 4 June 2014 Me and the girlfriend fly out to Paris that day so probably gonna miss the game Sort your priorities out
Ric Flair Posted 4 June 2014 Posted 4 June 2014 Me and the girlfriend fly out to Paris that day so probably gonna miss the game That is unforgivable! Her decision I take it? Punish her and sleep with her best mate.
