Was their star man at the euros. apparently he's a bit of a russian nasri or tevez etc, thinks he's billy big bollocks and all that. now he's in the squad he may as well put him on though, he can't be any worse than this other kid they have trying to score.
StanSP Posted 22 June 2014 Posted 22 June 2014 Against Algeria you could forgive Belgium for not playing too well because of how the Algerians set up. Today, though, it's been shocking. Absolutely terrible. There's no creativity, energy, freedom about Belgium but you'd expect it because of the calibre of player they have. Reminds me of Real Madrid a little when they went ages not winning anything - A squad of individuals but not gelling as a team.

MC Prussian Posted 22 June 2014 Posted 22 June 2014 Rather woeful performance from both teams, Russia were actually threatening to score the first goal of the game more than Belgium. The Red Devils huffed and puffed across the finishing line. That wasn't pretty to watch and Alderweid's tackle in the Belgium box should've been a penalty to Russia.
