Wh toy did they say anything? They would have been better off saying nowt! How the Thai's ever got to be multi millionaires in retail is beyond me if the constant stream of ticket office fiascos are anything to go by. I presume they are friends/family therefore they should trust that you've bought them and now just waiting for money to go. But no, you're not over-reacting. Not at all. Ok and now they are saying that only 20% have been sent out. Where as I am not in a panick over mine not arriving I would prefere to have has received them by now, and the club is not helping by contradicting themselves. As for getting a ticket printed on the day!!! Are you being serious Bert? Having paid for my ticket already I really don't want to be turning early to get a print out and I don't think anyone should have to do this. By leaving it so late it doesn't leave any time to sort out problems...and why the fek should anybody have to queue for a paper replacement anyway? There is absolutely no reason why existing season ticket holders couldn't have had the existing cards updated and let the Johnny come lately plastic prem 'fans' wait for their new ones.
