Non-EU players; LCFC

We have two this season that came in; Ulloa &  Cambiasso. It used to be that players had to play a number of games for their countries to qualify for their work permits; How did our players qualify? Anybody know?

Ulloa has a Spanish passport so he's fine as well.

Cambiasso has an italian passport as his great, great grandfather emigrated from Italy to Argentina, so he's entitled to an Italian passport.

I thought it was more the fact that he's lived there for the past decade...

Zoumana is the only one I believe as Riyad has a French passport and Jeff's is a German one.

He must have something, no way would he qualify for a work permit.

Chris Wood has got to be dual nationality, surely?

Thinking about it...

Morgan - Jamaica/England

Ulloa - Argentina/Spain

Cambiasso - Argentina/Italy

Schlupp - Ghana/England/Germany

Mahrez - Algeria/France

Unless that Pier Larrauri kid is still on our books...

Chris Wood came from an English academy, so doesn't that make him naturalised anyway?

And I'm not sure how long for, but he lived in this country before his football career.
