Steven Posted 11 November 2014 Posted 11 November 2014 I recorded the Man U game and have now watched it a few times. I wonder whether I shouldn't delete it as it reminds me of a way we no longer play like? Any suggestions?

Before that game we were making a decent fight of things and looked competitive in this division. Since that game, well god knows what has happened? Can we have the monks back to lift the curse before the Sunderland game?

I hope our fans haven't become that depressed and obsessed with maintaining astronomical standards that if we go through a bad patch in the future they can't even enjoy incredible days from the past. If you can't then I'd probably give up following the sport as it won't bring you much happiness long term.

You do know King didn't start with Hammond against Man U, and it was 3-3 when he came on, but if you are crediting that partnership with the win against Man United, then they don't get credit for Stoke as they weren't on the pitch together when we won that game.

Posted 11 November 2014 Posted 11 November 2014 If you are never going to watch it again or need the space on your disk and have more important things to save/record then you should probably delete it, you don't want to risk missing the next episode of Britain's next top model. If you are doing solely because of a few bad results then you're a bit of a div, it was a great day, and there will be many more great days in the future of this club, a few poor results won't change that, and there will be many more of them in the future if this great club too. It's not like deleting a sex tape of your ex, you've not split up with the boys in blue so they should still be happy memories even if things aren't going so well at the moment, it's just a bit of a tiff, maybe a bit of time apart is needed and then when you see each other again you'll see the magic is still there.
